This is the first negative review I've ever given (hopefully the last, too!) but unfortunately I cannot provide much pleasant about this hotel. The staff are unbelievably rude - firstly, when I checked in, I was not given any attention whatsoever, as the man at reception was sitting there watching the tv at his desk. When I asked for him...

This hotel is plain horrible. Don't go there!!! We were two girls on a city trip in Vienna. The staff in this hotel is just...super unfriendly. The receptionists were only male (which would be no problem in general) and always the same two guys. Every time we stepped into the hotel, the two receptionists were sitting in the lounge area...

Safe area, stores close, good connection to and from the airport with trains from Hauptbahnhopf. The pension has lobby, breakfast area and rooms are located in first two floors. Wi-Fi all over property. The cleaning good but could be better. Free luggage room. Friendly staff. The heating could be a problem since the property depends of the building heating system.

The best feature of this pension is its location. From Vienna Central Station, we paid 14 Euro, tip included, for the taxi. Going back to the train station, we paid 12 Euro, tip included. In front of the hotel, I think there are 3 trams lines running. Using the trams, it is only 4 stations to downtown. The staffs are...

No minibar, only 7 local channels obviously in German and no possibility of cable. Glass desk inside the room was all scratched with residues of whatever the last guest had decided to snort. Mould in the bathroom and when I asked them to fix the toilet seat which was broken, they didn't. The toilet paper was a quarter of a...

Recently spent one night in this hotel. Shower curtain smelt of urine. Air conditioning didn't work. Room is relatively small but large bathroom, with bath, but no plug. Nice body wash/shampoo provided, and in plentiful supply (large bottle) Staff didn't seem to care less and not very friendly.

Not a bad place. Got three separate rooms during online booking, but upon arrival we were offered one of the apartments there for the same price. No AC, but that's pretty typical. Good place on a budget.
