The breakfest was great. Many choices including prosecco. Location is great also. Hotel is right next to MQ and center is in walking distance. Metro station is close by. There are available hot and soft drinks for free in breakfest area. It is nice to have warm drink at hotel after sightseeing all day. The hotel room is very basic....

This hotel is very well located near to all of the sights that Vienna has on offer. There are quirky little cafes nearby which are worth a visit (nominally, Phil), and it's very easy to navigate through the museums to the centre. However, the hotel itself is undergoing renovation. I would say that it isn't really a 4* hotel -...

I've stayed there for one night on my way from Prague to Sofia via Vienna, and had enjoyed the experience a lot. The location is superb - the hotel is just across the street from Museum Quarter, and 15 minutes on foot away from the Opera and the walking zone with all the landmarks. The room was a bit on...

We stayed for 3 days, the room was very clean and spacious and the reason I didn't put a perfect score is because I wanted a slight renovation! You can also post the 12 noon to enjoy free drinks in the breakfast area which does not mention the hotel when booking. Finally, the hotel is very near the Metro station...

We've visited this hotel back in December 2016 and I can say that it was the best hotel we've stayed in the last months. It is indeed an excellent choice during the winter as it has around at least 3 Christmas Markets but I think it's would be great choice also during other seasons as it's located extremely close to...

The Viennart is a nice hotel that is centrally located in Vienna. The hotel location is in the Museumsquartier, within walking distance to the Metro (300m) and is in walking distance to all all the major venues / attractions in central Vienna (Stadtkern). It was very easy to get to by train from the airport. The hotel rooms are clean,...

In an excellent position, so close to so many attractions. A small hotel right next to several museums. The historic center of town is also quite close. The main shopping street is about 200 yards only. We had a nice big room on the first floor. (A superior room) Breakfast was excellent, so was the service provided by the girls...

Located in the museumsquartier the location is fantastic. Within walking distance to the Town Hall and Opera House. The rooms are a little dated but still served their function well. Our room was on the road side of the hotel and was very noisy with people walking past during the night yelling out. Trams also go past and contribute to...

Neighbourhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
