We visited Vienna for the 8th time :) and chose this hotel because its location and the fact that it had good underground connection to the city. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. But the building is old and needs renovation and this can be felt also in the room. Also the heating didn't cope with...

We had three nights in Vienna, and this hotel and the staff proved pleasant and good value for money. The room was quiet, clean and the bathroom the same - with lashing of hot water. Serena, on reception was delightful, as were all the reception staff. Around a 15 minute walk into the centre of town, and right near Burgasse...

Lovely hotel and dog friendly, which was the main reason for choosing it. We have stayed in a few hotels on this trip but this was by far the nicest and the least expensive, however we have had a deal as we booked two double budget rooms. The rooms were pretty much brand new, with spacious bathroom and front room....

A recent three night stay to Vienna had this hotel as our base. It was booked by someone else and if I had booked the hotel I probably wouldn't have selected this hotel on the basis that it took around 20-25 minutes to walk to the Museum Quarter. It was an easy walk but in the cold it seemed to...

The room design was modern & quite stylish. The brown & blue color scheme was fetching. Everything looked new & was impeccable clean. The bathroom was well appointed as well. The rooms are competitively priced. My only complaint is that my king size bed turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together. I hate it when hotels do that!

PROs: Simple and clean with all needed facilities. Staff correct but not specially helpful. Close to Stadthalle and very close to Lugner City, so a lot of restaurants and cafes you can choose from. Also some basic shopping possible. 2 min from the metro station. Big bathroom with basic toiletries. Parking garage nearby with 15 eur/24 hours. Decoration really basic,...

If you come to a concert, it is fine. Neighborhood does not look safe at night. Underground parking, good to have but expensive. Unfriendly receptionist lady at check-in, helpful and friendly man (Viktor) at check-out. Breakfast was good, staff there was polite. Room was fine but not superior as booked. Public areas are worn and not nice.

The hotel is located 25 minutes walk to the city center and Mariahilfe Strasse most famous street of Vienna. The hotel is on a par 3 stars, is not something specially arranged or is good to stay 1-2 days. Near the hotel is public transport and a small shopping center where you can eat well. If it is a good...

Booked a 2-night stay with American Airlines miles (1 night) and the second night on booking.com. The staff were very friendly and the check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a nice buffet selection. The nearest u-bahn as just a couple of minutes walk away. We had a really great micro-break and...
