i had to stay only one night, and it didn't bothered me that it was so old, and the furniture was smelling like old,
the bathroom not that clean, and the breakfast was quite poor. I've seen there only old people, but it really was...More
The placement of this hotel just couldn't be better. 10 minutes in any direction to everything else located inside Vienna's "ring" and just a few minutes from a subway station. We loved our view overlooking the fountain in the square, but this meant it stayed...More
This hotel is located amongst the epicentre of tourist activities yet fairly laid back and not at all busy, bustling compared to some of the near-by streets. So location is 10 out of 10 for any independent traveller. The rooms are perfectly adequate but don't...More

The fittings and carpet may not be top quality but this is outweighed by the fabulous location and the very helpful staff. The room was reasonably spacious with soft chairs and room to move, some rooms have small showers but ours over a bath was...More
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The
Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
Hallo, we reccomend you the Kärtnnerring garage - 5 minutes walking distance - only€15,- per day -you get the ticket at the reception and there is also good description to find the garage!
