We stayed nights, with our 2 children, and had 2 adjoining rooms the rooms were lovely, super comfortable beds, good aircon, nice bathrooms the location was perfect, easy walk to lots of cafes, and to tourist attractions the rooftop bar is stunning, and really lifted our spirits after a 12 hour flight. A cold drink as the sun set over...

I booked this weekend away as it was near to Valentines day and friends had suggested we go there and visit this beautiful city and we wasn't disappointed, purposely booked the Ritz Carlton as it was centrally located to the main attractions which allowed us to walk across the city. The hotel was stunning with a warm friendly helpful staff...

We spent 3 nights (thursday - sunday) for a couple getaway. The hotel is very nice, clean and modern. very well located : not to close to the noisy streets but a few minutes away (walking). We got a very nice duplex junior suite. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff very friendly. Only con was the hot chocolate and...

A quite superb 5* hotel for a weekend stay with a group of friends. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful throughout. The room was spacious and very comfortable with more than adequate storage. The air-con was easily adjustable. The well-appointed bathroom had an excellent shower. Even though the hotel is positioned on a main thoroughfare, there was very little...

Three magical nights in Vienna. Great location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Staff had to be the most friendly and helpful of all the hotels we've stayed at. Great selection for breakfast - especially the eggs benedict. Pool area good for a refresh from all the walking. Thoroughly recommend.

Recently returned from a weekend staying here. Everything associated with the hotel matched my expectations of a 5* city centre hotel. Very difficult to write a review when all I can make are complimentary statements. So to balance the review, I will add that my wife felt the strawberry jam at breakfast was not quite set enough! Everything else was...

A superb hotel for our weekend break. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It is a great base from which to explore Vienna and to access the public transport network, particularly the Airport train. We would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Fantastic high quality hotel. Great location in central Vienna with everything on the doorstep. Friendly, caring, helpful staff. Club lounge fabulous and actually saves you money so worth the extra cost. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I have stayed at several Ritz-Carlton properties and other luxury hotels. The staff at this hotel is top-notch. On this trip I used reward points from business travel for a vacation stay. I expected that my experience would be "less than" because I was using reward points. That was not the case at all! The staff at this property is...

Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
