Stayed here when attending an event at the messe. Standard room as to European standard. Very clean. The reception staff was very friendly and very helpful (goldstar), The breakfast was ok and gluten-free bread was provided on request. If you get a room in the right spot you will reach a pokestop from your bed. ;-) The underground station is... More

This is the budget end of the Austria Trend Hotels in Vienna placed to support people visiting conventions at the Messe Halle next door or the Prater Fairground. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant and kept scrupulously clean. There is no restaurant but about 4 outside the restaurant within 100 yards. Where this shows itself as a member of a... More

Great place, clean, cozy. Located in a nice and quiet part of Vienna, connected with an old centre with U bahn U2 line, 100 metres close. You get easily to the city in 10 minutes time. Staff very professional. Breakfast in versatile and tasty. Would go back definitely!

Excellent hotel with very good location near Prater station and Praterstern park. Secure hotel with quiet rooms and very interesting breakfast in continental style. underground parking has limited number of places. But there are other parkings just in few steps away from the hotel.

Very close to the metro this was a reasonable hotel for central Vienna. Comfortable beds and had a great sleep. The front staff were not so friendly and there are only two elevators with no stairs. When a group of 100 tourists checked in at the same time this made it a nightmare to get into the lifts. They should... More

Like the hotel and the nice view to Prater, the front desk stuff was quite unprofessional but did everything after reminding them few times. For sure here is value for money what you get. A lot of free parking spaces in the area (200m from Hotel)

The hotel is in a perfect position with a metro nerby just a but outside of the city. The room is honest and the breakfast is spectacular. Nothing else to say about the rest. But I would probably go back here.

Nice mid-priced hotel. Decent breakfast BUT... On the first day I returned after 5 PM and my room was not yet cleaned. AND... Glasses that I used were never washed or changed during my whole stay of 5 nights.

Thank Bryuzga

Staying in Leopoldstadt

Neighbourhood Profile
Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The second district has witnessed a turbulent ride, from medieval swamp to vibrant Jewish quarter, from pleasure ground for the noble and humble to current hip residence and workplace of Vienna’s creative crowd. Cross the Danube Canal from the city centre and take in life on Taborstrasse with its mix of old townhouses, churches, theatres, discount shops and ethnic restaurants. Head for Augarten via Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldstadt’s trendy marketplace. Baroque Augarten itself hosts a bizarre mix of manicured hedges and flowerbeds in front of a colossal World War II defense tower, the publicly accessible 300-year-old Augarten porcelain manufactory, the palatial boarding school and funky concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir, and the modern art museum TBA21. At its opposite corner, The Prater not only houses the Giant Ferris Wheel but blends a bustling amusement park with lush woodland, perfect for a bike tour. Further east is the old derby racing ground of Krieau.
