Nice hotel in a nice location of Vienna. The only problem is that they advertise that everything is for sales: the bowl in the room, the coffee machine, etc, So it gave the feeling of sleeping in a store. On the plus side the design...More
We booked this hotel for 2 days stay in Vienna. The location of this hotel is amazing, it is centrally located to the city and very near to the local transport system. The restaurant had 3 options of food type which were really good. I...More
Beautiful hotel, about 30min walk from St Stephens Square, but so close to the tube station this doen't matter (tube network incredibly easy to use, and very much recommended!!!!), and in the summer the walk would be very pleasant anyway.
Rooms beautifully decorated, comfortable and...More
My wife and I stayed in the Levante for a long weekend and to be honest, we were a bit disappointed. To give this hotel a 5-star rating is really going too far. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place but there's a bit...More

The eighth district is an older generation’s Vienna at its finest: and this is what makes it popular with locals of all ages. Josefstadt has theatre, small independent shops, romantic passageways, neighbourhood cafés with regular clientele, church squares, town palaces and shady communal gardens. Trendy hangouts have conquered distinctive places such as the Old General Hospital (Altes AKH) and the vaults of
overground U6. Theater in der Josefstadt on Josefstädter Strasse is the district’s cultural epicentre. Even if your German isn’t good enough to watch a play, you can marvel at the typical Biedermeier building and take a glimpse into the foyer. Lange Gasse houses an iconic local restaurant at its corner, as well as a legendary sweet shop and a bustling neighbourhood market every Saturday. For small palace atmosphere and a different view on Vienna’s history, make your way to Schönborn garden palace (Palais Schönborn), which houses the Museum of Folk and Folk Art (Volkskundemuseum). Maria-Treu-Platz, with its summer outdoor cafés facing baroque church Maria Treu, and the historic passageway of Lerchenfelder Strasse 13 hide top spots for insiders.
I'm sorry, but I'm not sure about the breakfast buffet options. They should be flexible enough to offer something for vegetarians, but I wouldn't count on it. Luckily, if you're in Vienna, you're never far from a plethora... More

Best of luck. Enjoy Vienna. It's a fantastic city.
