This is a very convenient hostel. It is like 200m from the back entrance of the Westbahnhof which is where we arrive from the airport bus and where we take our train to Salzburg. But we had to get to Hauptbahnhof to get to Bratislava though. The rooms are clean. I think there are other facilities like buying coffee in...

Very clean hostel but seems to attract weird and older clientele, making a weird atmosphere. There also a lingering smell of burning in some areas as if there was a fire. Otherwise facilities are great.

Dear guest, Sorry about that smell of burning, we had a problem with the pump of our heating system and as we rely on sustainable resources only, which means the whole place gets heated with wood, it created a lot of smoke. We are sorry to hear you had a bit of a strange time. Unfortunately we can't control who...

It's bigger than most hostels are. The rooms are tidy, clean, with just the necessary things, but with all the necessary things. The staff is friendly, helpful and they speak English. Breakfast is included. The bathroom is clean. It's not the place, you's spend your whole day, but it's perfect to stay for the night.

Located near Vienna Westbahnhof station. Rooms are very small with just smallest bathroom. It's no shampoo in the bath. It's very noisy street near to windows. No breakfast included, separated to pay, and it's poor. Just for staying one night, no more.

Hostel is very nice and cozy, on a good location, couple of ubahn stops from everything important, with extremely friendly staff, cleanliness is OK. My only remark is they have a lot of doors.and also during my stay, there was a homeless guy staying in the shared space who looked very scary. I believe he was harmless, but I didn't...

Great staff, early check in, little courtyard, very clean, great location (I stay there overnight when catching an early flight from VIE, and there are buses (8€) to the airport, at the front on westbahnhof, just 300m away.

A cosy hostel located in Westbahnof. It is slightly far from the centre of Vienna but there is a metro station on the same street and it's only a few stops away. The hostel was relatively expensive but I'm assuming all of them were given the peak season of December. The service was very good and so was the staff....

Easy check in/out. Bedroom just with bed. Toilet wasn´t clean and hotel wasn´t silent at night. But the city was beautiful and christmas market was beautiful. And the station of CityBike is almost infront of the hotel.

“Ask for room further away from the street if you want to sleep!”

“Luckily, the room-mates were nice, decent people, or else, the existence of a single bulb in mid-ceiling and a single plug for recharging electronic devices, the single chair would have made the co-habitation a mess. The noise of the all-metal lockers and padlocks and of the closing/opening doors banging doorhandle system were yet another torture, alas!”
