The location and the hotel were good enough. For some reason, perhaps, my booking was for the Saga apartment (which was about 200m from the hotel), and was caught a bit off guard when I had to haul myself up the road in the freezing winter. The breakfast is also served at the hotel (not the apartment side). With all...

We were an bunch of colleages travelling together for a meeting, and I had picked this hotel by reading reviews in TripAdvisor. The check-in was a little chaotic since some of my colleages ended up in the "annex". This was not really clear to us when booking, so it came as a suprise. However the room in the "annex" was...

Oslo must be the most expensive city on earth so everything is relative. The Saga is in a pretty location but out of the way particularly in winter. There really is no service. The rooms are will thought out and good in a very hotel way.

Unbelievable, more than expected. Whilst the apartment we chose was one of the smaller ones - it's all we needed - 5 star quality and highly highly recommended. The apartment was modern in finish, highest quality decor, bedding etc and clean to the highest standard. Would definitely use again.

Our family of 4 adults stayed 4 nights in the deluxe apartments and was very pleased with the space & amenities for all four of us. Location is perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood only a block away from the tram stop that services city center & central train station. We upgraded to the deluxe apartment with lot of windows...

Well located on a quiet area of the city yet close to transportation lines, appropriate breakfast with some interesting options, helpful staff and coffee machine in the room make this place a good option in the city. It would be excellent if only the beds were larger.

Dear Rocio D. First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to evaluate our performance during your stay at our hotel. I am happy to see that you appreciated our hotel in general. When it comes to the bed size, I am a little surprised to see that you found our beds to be too small. We...

Smart, modern and intimate hotel in central Oslo and close to all key attractions. Excellent breakfast - the scrambled egg and bacon was superb! I would recommend this hotel to any visitor to Oslo. ********************************************************************************************************

The hotel is located perfectly. Not exactly in the city center, but very close to it and the Royal Palace, (15 minutes walk), and also close to the Vigeland park. The area is very quiet, but at the same time, 2 blocks away is a street with lots of restaurants and shopping options. The rooms are a bit small, but...

A very average motel. It is not a European boutique hotel. No amenities, broken bathroom in the lobby, nasty breakfast, soiled bedding and stained cheap towels, no hairdryer provided, disfunctional bathroom (no shower cabin, water all over the floor), low end clientele. Very noisy. Poor soundproofing, traffic and blowing horns until 3am. Cold, insufficient heating, had to use small additional...
