This hotel is ok if you have buisness at the hospital. It might be a little bit cheaper than many other hotels, but outdated rooms and the location makes it fall down on the list. They are refurbishing right now, so it might be better soon. Ok food, but not great. Pluss for buffet, and serving 4 meals a day....

You must avoid this place even if you are going to the hospital. Much better and not more expensive to stay in a great hotel in downtown or Bryggen . This is like staying in a hospital room, single beds, thin blankets, spartan furnishings, poor TV. breakfast a simple, straight from packets. Staff uninterested in you . The worst thing...

It's a simple hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are old but it's okay. The breakfast was ok. If I'm going back to Bergen then I would choose another. But are you going to be a patient at the hospital it's a great location.

I did not realise when I ordered that this is the hospital hotel. It was a good price with breakfast, 30 min walk outside of Bergen sentrum. The hotel smelled hospital, it was old with only single beds. The breakfast was poor. The personal was friendly, (receptionist was a nurse.) If you are not sick, stay away, I will.

We stayed here on our first night in Bergen, as the city center was fully booked and overpriced. This is a hotel belonging to the hospital and a bit outside, but we knew that. Rooms are ok and breakfast was really good. So if you know before what you book, you get exactly that, which is fine and no reason...

5 mins walk from the central area of Bergens hospital. Perfect when visiting family at the hospital. Basic rooms and catering facilities but quiet and close to where you need to be. I recomend the Bien snack bar for different food from that available around the hospital and hotel Around 10 mins walk, turn left out of the hotel and...

It is definitely a long walk uphill from the bus/train station and the downtown area. But it is a nice walk along a well marked path near the lake. It was the cheapest price we could find. It is a little weird because it feels like a hospital (call lights in the bathroom and patrons who appear to have recently...

Was recommended this hotel by the ER team at the hospital. I arrived and was told they were fully booked, I was quite upset due to an ill relative and the hotel pulled out all of the stops to get me a room. The staff were very helpful and friendly, keen to make sure I was ok and offering me...

This hotel, I have to say far exceeded my expectations from reading other people reviews. It is one of the cheapest hotels you will find in Bergen. A little bit of a walk, and yes, it is pretty much all uphill, but we are young so the walking was not an issue. A little hard to find since it is...

Although the hotel is some 3km from the centre of town, the location is quiet and pleasant. You can either take the bus or walk. The Railway Station is not that far. Avoid taxis in Norway as they are expensive. I had a room overlooking a kindergarden with trees and long sunsets. It was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable....
