The location of the resort is convenient, near the main road and the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable. Spacious living and dining area . But maintenance and tidiness of the resort needs to improve. The aircond at the twin bedroom is leaking water when in use. Looking at the ceiling mark, it appears that the water leak has not been properly fixed. Also, there is no soap tray in the bathroom. Potted plants are not taken care properly. Rubbish are dumped in front of the hotel. The surrounding area is quite untidy. We don't see any supervising manager around. The management office is closed most of the time. Looks like only the front desk and some maintenance staff are operating the resort.

The rooms were a tad under maintained and air conditioner leaked badly(Rm401), they moved me to the room next door (402) and sadly a day later it did the same .... maintenance is not good. Rooms were really cla=ean when I went into them, just the maintenance, paintwork, plug sockets broken etc. made it feel a bit underwhelming. However room staff were extremely helpful and even with language difficulties all staff were very nice and helpful. Views from Rm were stunning and roof top pool extremely fun to swim in and admire amazing view of bay.

my brother and i booked for 2 nights (28 & 29/12/2021) as we are attracted by its location and the newly renovated status in Agoda. Turn out the hotel just being given a fresh coat of painting. Indah dari khabar !!!! Wondering if is the hotel SOP as we encountered used towel hanging in the closet each time we check-in (booked bundle of promotion; different room type each night). I specifically request a non-smoking room for the 2 rooms; the first room is fine; no cigarette smell but the second room is full of cigarette smell the moment i open the door !!!! A big Thank you for the Female Malay Front Desk Staff (very sorry I did not get your name) for the good service rendered and assistance on the second day (29/2/2021) transfer room or check-in. Please note that the hotel INSIST CASH FOR DEPOSIT. Not accept credit card verification like what most hotel practicing now.

Shabby hotel, unwelcoming, nonchalant & disrespectful reception desk. Not even coffee pouches &/or tea bags when we walked into the room, when we asked, we were blatantly refused because we were RCI members. So much of discrimination against RCI members? We ultimately cancelled & quit the hotel within 2 days of our planned 7 days and booked somewhere else at our own additional expense. Please call me and reimburse me for all the inconveniences caused.

Upon arrival we were surprised just seeing the building. This is not a Resort, just Unit apartments.
They only accept cash for the security deposit and do not take credit cards. We then had to walk 1klm to a bank to get cash so that we could get access to our apartment. Receptionist did not speak English either and we had to use translation app. The apartment is basic and so is the kitchen - don't expect anything modern, but oi is satisfactory. Approximately one Kilometre to shops. Not close to Georgetown. You do need transport , but Grab (taxi) is cheap.

The location of this resort is very convenience as it is fairly near George Town and other amenities. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. Need improvement on the swimming pool. Swimming pool has very good view of the sea.

Shocking hotel. Shabby and old. I was even in a room with a bat that had clearly been hiding the first couple of days, couldn’t continue to sleep in such a room after seeing a bat fly around my head while in bed.
Reception desk is rude and nonchalant. Pipes make a loud noise if you don’t triple check to shut the taps tightly even though water has stopped upon initial inspection.

Don’t be scammed into booking this dump! It’s not fit for human habitation. Old, worn, dirty and stank. We left straight after seeing the room, booking alternative accommodation in Georgetown. The staff had no idea and they didn’t have our booking. Do NOT stay here! RCI should remove this “hotel” from its list so other members won’t fall into the same trap and book this substandard dump!

Only 7km from georgetown, with friendly helpful reception staff. The 2 bedroom apartment had everything you need for our holiday.

Property was average, needs lots of maintenace. Bathrooms had mould and very outdated. Apartment was very spacious, however furniture needed maintenance as dining table was beginning to fall apart. View was grate, looking out over the beach and ocean.

I don't know when was the last time they renovated the rooms and bathroom. For me, it is usable and safe. If you look for something new and elegance, then it is not applicable in this case. Unfortunately, I didn't take photo because I always go there and almost every year. Nothing is new and unique. But, it is economic and spacious for family usage. That's my personal view. I hope it helps.
