Property was average, needs lots of maintenace. Bathrooms had mould and very outdated. Apartment was very spacious, however furniture needed maintenance as dining table was beginning to fall apart. View was grate, looking out over the beach and ocean.

Shabby hotel, unwelcoming, nonchalant & disrespectful reception desk. Not even coffee pouches &/or tea bags when we walked into the room, when we asked, we were blatantly refused because we were RCI members. So much of discrimination against RCI members? We ultimately cancelled & quit the hotel within 2 days of our planned 7 days and booked somewhere else at our own additional expense. Please call me and reimburse me for all the inconveniences caused.

Staff were amazing and we had a great view but this very old resort, outdated, poorly renovated with broken equipment and linen with big holes in was not worth the points paid as part of our Holiday Club.

This resort has recently been renovated and upgraded. Love the fact that it is so close to the sea, can take a walk on the beach everyday. Just need to be prepared to go out for food as there is no cafe or eatery on site

The location of this resort is very convenience as it is fairly near George Town and other amenities. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. Need improvement on the swimming pool. Swimming pool has very good view of the sea.

No greetings from the receiption upon walk in, hotel looks haunted, Toilet, Room, Bed and Surrouding not clean, hot shower doesnt work and so noisy like some1 vomitting, 1 lift not working and the other one may stop working anytime, Got neckpain and nightmare while sleeping, Aircond Not Cold and rooms where not kept tidy event at 2pm on the 3rd night stay NO FRIDGE, NO COFFEE OR TEA Mattress Need Replacement, Extra key not given, Room door doesnt open until 20 seconds upon tapping 3 times, Not worth the money I think i can get better and cleaner room rm80/night, For this i have to pay rm120/night Regretted Booking This Hotel i am GM of a company, usually i stay at good hotels, but since my mom want to stay at this area i got this place - disappointed

my brother and i booked for 2 nights (28 & 29/12/2021) as we are attracted by its location and the newly renovated status in Agoda. Turn out the hotel just being given a fresh coat of painting. Indah dari khabar !!!! Wondering if is the hotel SOP as we encountered used towel hanging in the closet each time we check-in (booked bundle of promotion; different room type each night). I specifically request a non-smoking room for the 2 rooms; the first room is fine; no cigarette smell but the second room is full of cigarette smell the moment i open the door !!!! A big Thank you for the Female Malay Front Desk Staff (very sorry I did not get your name) for the good service rendered and assistance on the second day (29/2/2021) transfer room or check-in. The location of the resort is convenient, near the main road and the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable. Spacious living and dining area . But maintenance and tidiness of the resort needs to improve. The aircond at the twin bedroom is leaking water when in use. Looking at the ceiling mark, it appears that the water leak has not been properly fixed. Also, there is no soap tray in the bathroom. Potted plants are not taken care properly. Rubbish are dumped in front of the hotel. The surrounding area is quite untidy. We don't see any supervising manager around. The management office is closed most of the time. Looks like only the front desk and some maintenance staff are operating the resort.

Having lived in the area many years ago, I didn't have high expectations. However, my expectations were way too high and I was totally disappointed and disgusted with the whole experience. Non-absorbent mats used around pool and in lifts saw corridors and lifts continual slip hazards as children transited from pool to their rooms on the various floors. Maintenance and cleaning was totally substandard.
