I took a public bus from town and stopped at a road by the sea. Walking down a little I reached Lost Paradise resort - truly paradise on earth. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. The staff and owner were superbly genuine and friendly. The place feels very safe. It is like entering into a secret garden by the beachfront. It is a very healing and special place. The lava rock pool is more quiet and peaceful for you to dip in and enjoy the sea view and it’s partially shaded. The other pool has more sun and lively vibes to bask in. When it’s low tide, a beach appears for easy access by the pier in front of the pool. It is also very easy to take the bus upwards onto Batu Ferringhi! Within the resort there is also a non-profit special needs school that proceeds from the resort helps to fund. You feel sincerity from this resort, it’s not out there to maximise profit from you but to help build lives and give healing experiences!

A very unique and nice stay. Its not very "deep inside" feringghi so its not very far from food (like georgetown). Really every spot also very instagramable..i come on weekday..not very crowded..can enjoy some private space ..got 2 pools..the one facing the ocean is the best pool. And is my first time watch sunrise from my room. Open door, sunrise facing me, with bird chirping. Really an amazing experience for me. Met Papa Chew, he is a nice man. He show us the way to pool..hope to neet this family again they are so warm ..feels like i return to my kampung after so long ! Oh and parking also very convenient. Always park infront of my room..forget thing also easily take from car. Best to come with family! Room is also clean, and my boy love the bathtub 😍❤️

This is one of the unique resort along northern coast of Penang Island. From the internet, we understood that the resort is having unique design and archetecture. But being in the resort still gave us a great surprise. The external of the buildings were properly designed, and the hoteler has also put in a lot of effort in the internal decoration of the room.

this hotel is one of its kind as though located near to city centre but the secluded location makes it feels private and tranquil. it has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, private beach, swimming pool, balinese design, ample parking, inhouse restaurant and friendly warm service. we stayed in the seaview corner suite which is massive and has 2 balconies one overlooking the beach and the other to the swimming pool. the room has mostly traditional wooden furnitures thus it may look dusty but it goes well with the village rustic design of the resort. regardless all the amenities the you expect from a modern hotel is available-wifi,aircond, amenities etc this will definitely be my favourite place to stay in Penang in the future

Poor customer service. My friend's and I reached the hotel at 4pm. Payment was collected and then I was told that the room was not ready. The excuse given was that their previous guests did late check in. When we asked for another room, the receptionist said, there is a room with a single and a double bed. We agreed. "but you have to wait." again. We came later by an hour and we were asked to wait. Further argument took place and finally we were placed in a room with 4 single beds. Cleanliness was so poor that we didn't dare to even boil water using their kettle. The room was dusty. The heater was not working. The water practically was hot for 5 seconds and then goes super cold. The whole area lacks maintenance, perhaps due to Lesser man power. It felt like all the beautiful view, location and concept was meaningless due to poor cleanliness. Parking was available but you would need a bit of time to actually adjust to the situation. I regretted booking Lost Paradise as my birthday stay.

Its was last minute check in since all the hotel in town area quite full. The inevitable teething problems, what more with MCO. Pros: Waiting at the front desk for almost 15minutes waiting for the staff to assign which room for my stay. Room decor and layout I rate 6 out of 10. There's drilling sound at 7;30AM in the morning right under my room. Cons: Staffs are friendly and helpful.

From the first step I felt the warm greetings, the place is very homely, clean & colourful with friendly staff. Dr Iise owner of the place was super friendly and welcoming. He showed us around, let us try their famous local honey drink which was amazing Highly recommended! If u visit there u must try. He is a great photographer too, he took pic of us for memory. Great location, resort has access to the beach very relaxing. Great for any occasion. This place will stay on my top list if I visit Penang again. Highly recommended!
