The two worst hotel experiences I had in Thailand were both in Koh Samui. It is a pity because the island is really nice but I think we were unlucky. We arrived to our room which seemed really nice but suddenly we were surrounded by lizards. We requested a second room. When we moved there, there were no lizards but... More

I live close by Nakhon Si Thammarat; therefore I visit the island often and have been coming to Samui for holiday for 7 years. Without a doubt, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Examples: I called the front desk to see if they had extra toothpaste, I had inadvertently left mine, the front desk hung up on... More

We stayed her for a night before catching a boat from the pier. Luckily it was only a night.. The room was filthy and had ants in, there was a vile smell in the room, the bathroom was so bad we decided not to even shower in it, the balcony could only be described as "in the stairwell" with water... We only stayed here for 1 night to catch a ferry the next day. The hotel is only 1 km. away from the pier (Nathan) which is super nice. Very affordable and really nice rooms. We did not use it, but the pool area looked nice and is basically located ON the beach, with restaurants/bars next to it. We did... More

I stayed in this hotel for a few weeks in 2015 for business purposes, and would only recommend it for a very short stay or for ones who have low expectations of accommodation facilities. Within Nathon area, it is probably the best hotel, and as the manager indicated, aims to switch from the Asian market to Europeans. However, in my... More

Checked into this hotel for two nights but after one night left as there were cock roaches in the bathroom, small lizards in the room. The shower did not work properly and the room was not clean. Birds were nesting outside the window and made noise all through the night The common area by the beach and pool was generally... More

Okay, where to start. There was molt everywhere in the room, bad smell, wifi didn't work, the breakfast was also very bad, and when you shower, sewer water came up, and made the whole hotel room stink. This is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at in Thailand !! And I been here 2 years now. People, stay away!!

Grand sea view like its name boasts of best views of the sea. Unfortunately, we were given a room without a view. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a bankette and a cute little table for two by the window. The bathroom was large with a long bath which was leaking if you try to have a bath... More

Our impressions are that this hotel is run by staff that do not care about their Guests satisfaction. The hotel is old and very dated, we booked from the hotel photographs but they do not truly reflect reality. We were looking forwards to Buffet Breakfast as detailed in the hotel info and shown on the pictures. Unfortunately December they tell... More

Damp rooms with moldy bathrooms, terrible wireless access in rooms with Internet that drops out at 10pm, forcing you to use expensive 3G data to book the rest of our week but worst of all, a club next door with pounding bass music playing till the very early hours. Fine if you want to party, but no good if you've... More
