Purchased a deal on luxury escapes. I would not pay the normal price to stay at this resort. The resort is out of tourist area which is ok as the island is small enough to get around. Resort prices for meals and drinks are expensive. There are a couple of restaurants close by on the beach. The seafood beach BBQ...

We stayed here for 6 nights on the last part of our 2 and half week tour of Thailand for our honeymoon. The hotel is simply stunning and the room we had was utterly gorgeous with great pool views and our very own plunge pool. We sunbathed on the beach/pool front and it had a chilled out vibe, they also...

My partner and I spent five nights at this hotel on the last leg of our three week journey through Thailand. The hotel is between 30 and 40 minutes from the airport in a quiet part of the island. There is not much else close by which is perfect for relaxing but the hotel have mopeds and cars for hire...

This is a nice resort but too far away. To go to Cha Weng it is at least a 45 minute taxi ride costing around $30 each way! Then add in the high season of an additional $500 Australian and it's not a very cheap holiday! Luxury excape deals were inconsistent. Some people had 8 hours at the spa and...

This was a return visit from 2014 which we enjoyed very much. So to say that we were very disappointed is a understatement, this hotel is well below the standard we found last tim. It is very run down in some areas the beach in front of the hotel needs lots of attention the access are some sand bags that...

Room perfect, resort lovely, pool facilities fantastic. Situated on the beach which is a bit pebbly but still a lovely stroll to cheeky little local bars and eateries! Take a right turn and go to PJ's a 2 min walk for chilled music, reasonable food and a warm welcome. We had the perfect holiday, hope you all do too.

We stayed first week of February 2017 through a luxury escapes deal. The deal itself was good value but once you added the high season sur-charge, i dont think this hotel was value for money. Positives: Honestly the most breathtaking views of the sun setting from the resort. The pools were pretty. We were on the ground floor of the...

Spent a week at the hotel , had a pool room , everyday we had to ring to get our room made up and ask for fresh towels , electricity went off and on and had the same problem in the gym , the food and service for breakfast was lovely and the spa fabulous , but beach buffet nights...

If you are looking for a place to forget the rest of the world exists - this is it! A beautifully landscaped resort that's set a little far from the hustle and bustle (a good drive of about 15-20 mins and longer if heavy traffic), offering two restaurants on site, a beautiful pool, and just a great atmosphere to unwind....

We stayed at Mai Samui Resort in January 2017 and it was a wonderful holiday. Staff at the resort made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to go the extra mile. Special mention to Sunny and Kikki for being so friendly and helpful. One down side is that the resort needs some maintenance in...
