Detailed Reviews
Its listed as a 4 star but def no more than a 3 star.
Beds are hideously uncomfortable just 2 singles pushed together and dont try and have a cuddle or one of you falls though the gap. Paint peeling on walls and plaster flaking off, handle to cupboard broken off.
We went all inclusive which was a massive mistake the food was terrible and the only restaurant was closed so every meal in the refectory for 10 days. (no mention of the closed restaurant on Jet2 website) The Greek night was the worst the Vegetarian looked like grey sick soup. Had an upset tummy from day 3 although not sure is that was the horrific paint stripper they pretended was Gin or Vodka. I brought mixers from the local shop and ciders which helped but ended up eating out most nights which added a fortune onto cost of holiday.
Breakfast was ok but you cant really get toast, beans and eggs wrong.
Beer was also ok so go BnB and only drink beer and you'll be fine.
Pool was lovely but whole place was surrounded with hazard tape as they could not be bothered putting up a fence or anything. View which we paid extra £200 for was of a drain, hazard tape and then the sea.
Its in middle of nowhere 15mins walk down unlit track to the bus but as mid way between Coral Bay and The Harbor they often full once they get to that stop so dont stop and you have to end up getting a taxi which is 20 euros.

Hello everyone, our newest review for atlantica akteon pathos.we arrived on the 3rd of May our 3rd time at this hotel. We were greeted by the same wonderful staff as last October so we were very pleased and very very grateful for our room,so thank you for that.xx I just want to.point out a couple of things that we noticed were quite different, and we think should return to the same as last year,as our experience last to visits were better .The food although still very good,we noticed a couple of things that need addressing. FIRSTLY, we noticed food was not as hot as it could be,we did hear a few disgruntled guests complaining about this,I know the kitchen staff work so hard buy the British guests do like there food to be hot,so maybe installing a couple of microwaves, would help ease yhe pressure from the hard working kitchen team. Also could you please ask the new chef's to go easy on the salt on the potatoes, the care ones were extremely salty, and last year the potatoes were beautifully cooked. Also the ribs in Jack Daniel sauce were not as good, the meat was taken off the bone and not as much sauce which is such a shame because last year they were amazing. I don't want this to sound critical but these things need addressing to make the dining experience like it used to be ,which was much better we found. If you use the Al a carte make sure if you order wine that's not the house one, make sure you see the wine list,as some are treble the amount,we'd normally pay.On the whole the food is very good,it just needs putting back to how it was for the best reviews again. THE resteraunt staff are great and very very helpful we were very well taken care off, thanks to yannis, and his team, always willing to put things right if there was a problem. Erinie was wonderful at the front desk always greeted everyone with a smile. The waiters and the waitresses were all great, Melanie, was especially lovely, always smiling and most helpful. The bar staff the first week were amazing as they were last year, russi, george, Edward, all great at there job, always ready to help and with a smile, but we noticed that after a new bar manager took over the staff started leaving which is such a shame because they were all so happy in there jobs before its such a shame they have all started to leave, this certainly needs addressing you need to keep and look after good staff,as guests like to feel regarded as friends which was what it was like before,so please get them back and work with them, they know how to run things like clockwork. We also noticed a couple of incidents around the pool! People need to realise that the lifeguards only have one set of eyes for the whole complex dome family's really need to keep a close eye on there children my husband had to.pull a child out of the water and the parents were not present and the child had no armbands on.Also,we witnessed a couple messing around in the pool the male pushed the woman who seemed to hurt herself. THE lifeguard went to her assistance but was told she was fine, then they complained he did nothing! this isn't true he certainly did offer to help they said the barman came to there aid,but how he saw it from the bar is a mystery, he actually came to see if the lifeguard was OK when he heard the couple had complained about 🤔, these people really need to take responsibility for there own actions in the pool, they are adults after all and the lifeguards are great guys, very friendly and helpful. The new entertainment manager anis is amazing a great asset to the team, his interaction with guests is amazing as is his fire show. The new aqua girl is lovely, but she's not a patch on the girl from last year, you feel she needs to get more involved with the people who take part.Marina is also trying very hard to get things going games wise, but she can come across as a bit bossy, but she new and learning,so hopefully she will settle. Please atlantica akteon her your old bar staff back and I think the new bar manager could learn from them because they were all so very good the bar food was OK,but again not as good as before, the burgers were left too long so the bread buns went very hard on the bottom although the chips wraps were just as Good.overall we had a very good return visit,as we love the place,it just needs sorting with the points iv made and it'll be great again. We'll be back in Oct and hope to see our points taken into account, I'd hate it to be our last visit, after all we recommended the hotel with all our friends and relatives it would be such a shame for guests not to return, when all it needs is for management to take on board what guests want and expect. Regards to all our friends at akteon we hope to see you all back soon doing what you do best xxxx
