One of the myriad of small hotels in Eastbourne but this one is worth trying if staying for a few days. Easy to find if driving; trouble free parking with hotel provided parking permit; a short walk to shops, restaurants and the proverbial stone's throw from the seafront. The fabulous Beachy Head is but a 10/15 minutes drive. A well...

The purpose of our visit was to attend The Royal British Legion Women`s Section Annual conference. Darren and his staff were very accommodating as usual, providing early breakfast when required. catering for special diets is no problem. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Parking can be an issue so best to arrive mid afternoon to guarantee a space. Some very good restaurants nearby and most places to eat/drink within walking distance. We went in February this year so...

Great that they had paid attention to our request. Our room had a great view across the theatre towards the...

We stayed In a superior room on the second floor that had an extra large double bed which was extremely comfortable. There was tea and coffee and fresh fruit in the room, along with a bowl of sweets, a lovely touch. There is even a lift if you have trouble with stairs, a rarity in a guest house. The owners,...
