We booked for the airborne weekend . When we arrived although the room was small the best thing about the room was the view. However the velvet headboard was filthy and had to make sure the pillow was against it . On the first morning we came down for breakfast at 9.20 and didn't, realise breakfast was only for 1...

On arriving at this hotel we were greeted with a warm & friendly welcome given the chance to ask anything we needed ,in order to make our stay a happy one Hotel had been redecorated in all pubic areas plus bedrooms everything was of a high standard could not have been cleaner. We had a stunning view from our room and it was a very comfortable stay. We were late for breakfast and Winston came to our room with a full English and toast with orange juice and tea. This was just what we needed and it was delicious. We never even had to ask him. He gave us amazing service throughout...

Overall the sea view room was fantastic. The view was amazing and considering we had a 9month baby everything was accommodated for. The staff were very welcoming and the food was exquisite. The room had high ceilings and gave a grand kind of feeling with a nice contemporary bathroom/shower. The room included tv, bed, arm chairs, coffee table, fridge and...

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that we opted for the two night deal and not the three nights. We travelled on an N crowd deal so expected the basic package but we were offered an upgrade for £30 (which we had to pay in cash unusually) which we accepted. For this were given a tiny...

Bought voucher for 3 night stay. Called 4-5 times trying to book. Always told call back, no availability. Finally called and got booking, little over two weeks in advance. Was even called back same day and confirmed, so booked time off work. After the nightmare of booking, I called to confirm week before and guess what? No booking and no...

Good: clean, very good location to town. Bad: staff were unfriendly- even getting me some ice for my drink was an ordeal. Breakfasts are precooked and the sausage was rock hard as was the egg. Room was damp and the shower did not work AT ALL because we were on the third floor so there was no pressure. Beds were...

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Staff were wonderful, couldnt do enough for us. A 2 star hotel which could be upgraded. The room was comfortable, bed very good. The food was very nice,no complaints. All off the staff waved us off at the end,one big happy family. Extra plug points would have been better, only two by the kettle and...
