Only thing I could say negative was parking , unless you arrive early or don't go out in the evenings you might get a...

Looked at hotels around the area and all were overpriced for this time of season. Having never really done B&B's before we were both really impressed. The whole place looked clean and fresh and if the owners were out to impress then they've achieved that. The room was excellent with all the usual facilities and a very good nights sleep...

We picked this hotel because we could take our dog, it was great, there was four of us so we had a family room which was lovely, clean and spacious with a great view, plenty of extra's, tea, coffee, bottled water even a fridge. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We were looked after well by the friendly owner,...

My friend and I stayed here for just one night and both wished we could have stayed some more. We had room 3, which has a marvellous view across to the sea and a little private balcony. The twin room we had was very light and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and there was everything you could possibly...

Fantastic hospitality tray with biscuits, sweets, plenty of teas coffees and hot chocolates. Lovely little touches to the room including a fridge. A lovely big bathroom with toiletries and...

Definitely recommend this place if staying in Eastbourne. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets in the room. There was also a mini fridge. Decent shower. Very friendly people. Sent a message to ask something a few days before we were due to stay and received a reply very promptly. Great service, great nights sleep -...

What a pity we only stayed the one night. Our room at the front was lovely. The hospitatity tray catered for all tastes. But it was the little touches that were well thought out. The breakfast was really good especially the buffet part. We will certainly go back. How anyone can say its average is very surprising.

There are plenty of nice finishing touches to the rooms and seating lounge. Staff / owners? Very pleasant nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is like a banquet, the full English will set you up for the day, and I like food! Any extras it was there. It was a shame that we weren’t staying longer than a night, as...

This place was incredible. After breaking down on the way and a slog to get to Eastbourne pretty late at night we had such a warm welcome and the wonderful room (room 6) was a very welcome treat. The whole place was quirky but elegant in it's style, I wish I had their creativity with decor. The room was large...
