We stayed only for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) for the tennis finals and it was absolutely wonderful. Grace and Geoff were amazing from the very beginning till we left. Lovely accommodation, spotless clean and as I said super friendly and lovely room and toilet. Grace made us feel relaxed straight away after a bit stressful journey from London. Geoff...

The room was very lovely, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. Geoff and Grace are very welcoming hosts and made our trip to Eastbourne all the more memorable. Geoff's singing as he cooked two different breakfasts beautifully, one for a vegan and the other not, was an added treat for which no extra charge was made! When by the sea, fish...

A great bed and breakfast. Really lovely Hosts - Breakfast was delicious . The rooms were modern and well equipped. The place is close to the beach and also the town center. The parking is an issue as you have to park a few streets away. Luckily the owners gave us a permit so it didn't cost us.

This is a wonderful B&B. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. Lovely modern, clean, and well appointed rooms. The breakfast was lovely and its only a short stroll to the sea and bars. Will be returning very soon. Geoff also sings a few songs whilst you eat your breakfast .

There is a real attention to detail which is missed by many places we've stayed. The owners, Geoff and Grace were really accomodating and friendly. Breakfast wad really nice...

The location is very convenient just around the corner from the seafront and pier, but the rooms were so comfortable and the owners so friendly that it wouldn't have mattered where we were it still would have been a fantastic place to be. The breakfast was absolutely superb and was just one prime example of the attention to detail they...

Just spent one night at this guest house and it was really lovely. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast and the good night sleep was just what we needed. Close to the pier so convenient if you fancy walking or going up to the beachy head and beyond.

Stayed here on my own Saturday night as I was meeting friends that evening and couldn't get booked into their b&b. Glad I couldn't, by the sounds of it this one was much better. A choice of what you want to eat at breakfast, clean crisp sheets on bed, clean room. Grace even made Geoff walk me into town to...

Although we only stayed for one night, we were made to feel truly at home by these wonderful hosts. The location was absolutely perfect, within a short walk of the train station and lots of places to eat, as well as being seconds away from the beach and pier. Our room had everything we could have wanted, they were very...
