We have just returned home after another wonderful 4 night New Year’s stay at the fabulous Tynedale hotel. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed warmly by all the staff. We stayed in a beautiful sea-view room (33) which is stylishly decorated (as is the whole hotel) with an extra large, very comfortable bed and wonderful view of the whole bay. The room has a modern bathroom with powerful walk in shower. The bedroom and whole hotel was spotlessly clean and maintained to an exceptional standard. Tea and coffee making facilities are also in the room and are well supplied along with complimentary biscuits. PowerPoints are also well placed.
The standard of food provided by the hotel is very high with a wide range of options on the menu for breakfast and dinner and is freshly prepared. The food is equally on the level you would expect from a high end restaurant. The Tynedale restaurant is very impressive and clearly has excellent chefs.
Every one of the staff make you feel welcome and are readily on hand to help. The service is exceptional in all areas of the hotel.
The Tynedale is well situated and has beautiful communal seating areas where you can look at wonderful views and relax. The hotel also has a fabulous heated outside seating area and was beautifully decorated for the festive season whilst we were there. Lovely little touches were also provided by the owners such as toasted chestnuts and marshmallows as well as a snow machine to give a wonderful Christmas feeling!
I cannot fault the Tynedale it is perfect in every way and we look forward to our next visit.
Thank you Nathan, Tracey and your fabulous team 😃

My husband and i stayed in apartment 102. It was our second stay in this apartment so we knew what to expect. and we were not disappointed It is so clean, it has everything plus more. A big bed, its own enclosed private patio with table chairs and big sun umbrella. A sitting area separate from the bedroom with a second huge TV. it feels so special as a holiday should feel. The house keeper went in everyday and made sure the bed was made the bathroom cleaned and fresh towels left. (There is a please do not disturb sign if you would rather they didn't go in.) The bathroom was an excellent size with a big shower. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated. To get to the main hotel you go up an outside short stair case which has a very sturdy safe hand rail and non slip steps. breakfast is in a lovely restaurant, but for people who cant manage the stairs there is a lift which takes you up to all the rooms and down to the very well presented restaurant. There is a big choice in what you can have for breakfast,, the food was delicious. the evening meal menu is on your designated table for you to browse through, you tell your waiter/waitress what you would like for your evening meal there was a huge choice for the 3 course meal (we decided not to eat there in the evenings but that was ok) The staff are so attentive polite and caring through out the whole hotel. We decided to stay for another night but in order to do so we had to have a room in the main building, we were told to pack out cases but to leave them on our bed and they would move them into room 11 which they did while we went out for the day. Nothing was to much trouble for them. In the evening we went into the entertainment room where there was a live act on every night. Comfortable seating and tables or we could sit in the bar area and watch and listen to the entertainment on a huge wall mounted TV. Outside the front of the hotel there is a seating area which is covered and has lovely romantic lighting with bar service through out the day and evening, you can also order a great lunch there We danced the night away every night but unfortunately our holiday came to an end. Our car was parked behind the hotel in their own car park. once you go up to reception you hand your keys to them and they make sure your car is parked safely and properly. We recommend this hotel highly It has a reputation of being the best hotel on the water front and it really is. We are already looking to book there again. A huge Thank You to all the staff for making this once again a wonderful holiday for us.

We have just come back from an enjoyable three-nights stay at the Tynedale. We went for a break by the sea and to attend a performance by Welsh National Opera at the theatre along the seafront.
The hotel is located in a good position on the seafront.
The seafront room was well maintained with good quality furnishings, smart TV, tea/coffee making facilities, etc. The ensuite bathroom was spotless and supplied with shampoo, shower gel, etc. There is a lift to all floors and easy access into the hotel.
The hotel was full - but there were plenty of staff who were very efficient and also very friendly.
The food was excellent with plenty of choice both at breakfast and the evening meal.
The Tynedale is ideal for anyone wanting a good quality hotel in Llandudno.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful even in busy times. There was a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Our room was cleaned, beds made and supplies replenished every day.
The restaurant is outstanding. The best I have experienced in a UK hotel. The food was of high quality, delicious, beautifully presented and there was lots of variety to suit all tastes. Dinner was four courses and breakfast three courses. There was never any problem in making slight changes to the dishes or getting extra of anything.
It was very pleasant sitting on the terrace looking at the sea as the sun set having a late evening drink.

Very spacious room. Very clean everywhere. Beautiful hotel. Great space at the front of the hotel for relaxing with a drink. Lots of choices at breakfast. Let down by lack of sleep due to a corridor/room above our room. Could hear footsteps from 3 am one morning and 6 am the other morning. During the day delivery drivers left music in vehicles on loud so did not chill in our room, which was next to the hotel car park. I asked reception for a herbal tea bag for the room because I do not drink (normal) tea and was told I would have to pay, which i thought was not good customer service considering the cost of the junior suite we stayed in. We don't normally complain, but because of the cost of staying in this lovely hotel is high, our expectations were not met regarding the noise and customer service

Just returned from a 3 night stay..friendly, helpful staff, comfortable clean hotel in a central promenade location. A lift to every floor of the hotel.. entertainment every night, the breakfast and evening meals are definitely recommended in a lovely ground floor restaurant.
We stayed in a sea facing room on the top floor which was very good…our only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was very poor.

Just returned home after a five night stay at The Tynedale Hotel, Llandudno. We were looked after by well trained, professional staff who work as a team to ensure that guests receive the highest standard of customer care. There was a wide selection of delicious dishes on the menu each day. Each department (Reception, Bar, Housekeeping and Dining Room) provided exceptional service. Nothing is too much trouble and we enjoyed a relaxing break in comfortable, spotless, modern facilities.
Congratulations Nathan and Tracey - the very best in Llandudno.

I visited with my mum for 4 nights for the holly and mistletoe break it was really good value for money. Very festive, feel. We had a sea view room which is highly recommended the views are excellent. Really large bathroom with walk in shower. The food is amazing we had breakfast and a 4 course evening meal which was always serviced promptly and professionally. The food is outstanding. The bar area is lovely and we had entertainment each evening and bingo, even Santa arrived with gifts for all. The staff go above and beyond for all guests in this hotel, the hotel and its staff are a credit to the owners of this hotel. There is a carpark at the back of the hotel. We will be back. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel from the hotel cleaners to the management everyone was so welcoming and helpful

We stayed for 1 night last week and can’t wait to repeat the experience. The staff are lovely, the room had a Sea View which gave us the full experience. We had appetisers before the evening meal which gave us chance to look around at the beautiful decor. After the appetisers ( strawberries in chocolate) we had a tasty 4 course meal followed by coffee and retired to the bar for some fabulous entertainment. We had a lovely sleep in a King size comfy bed and woke up to have the thrill of watching the sun come up over the Pier and the town waking up. Breakfast was delicious and my husband is still talking about the oats with whisky topping. Well done to the owners, they tick every box and deserve all the accolades.

Every detail has been carefully thought about at this stunning hotel, the Victorian facade is still very much in keeping with the original design, it has been very well maintained and is spotlessly clean.

There is some lovely outdoor seating where you can order a meal whilst overlooking the sea, gorgeous in the summer and for the colder months, there’s an enclosed area with heating to protect you from the elements also.

The staff in every area of the hotel seem to have been hand picked for their hospitality skills, they’re friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, they know what you need before you’ve even asked. We felt very welcome and at home during our stay.

The public areas of the hotel are very luxurious, the decor is modern, the bar area is beautiful. Delicious cake and light lunches are available here and I’d definitely recommend them.

There is nightly entertainment at The Tynedale, it’s great quality too, we really enjoyed it, the cocktails are great value for money. We were surprised to be offered a late night buffet too.

We stayed in a junior suite which comprised of a very spacious bedroom with a super king sized bed, which was so comfortable! Every detail had been thought of, from free toiletries to a portable heater and fan. Lots of plug sockets too.
There was also a small lounge area in the suite with a sofa, side tables and large wall mounted tv.
The large bathroom had the most luxurious rainfall shower, it was so refreshing.
French doors led to a private patio area with chair, tables and parasol, a lovely area for the summer months.

As vegetarians, we were very pleasantly surprised to be offered a delicious English breakfast hash, a nicely spiced mix of patatas bravas, onions, peppers, mushrooms, vegetarian sausage and a side of baked beans, this was the main course and was cooked to order, but the choice was huge, cereals were plentiful along with fruit juice, freshly made toast, even porridge laced with Scotch whisky! It was definitely the best breakfast we have ever during a break away. The restaurant is beautiful too, again very tasteful, spotlessly clean and spacious. Service was excellent.

The hotel has a private car park area too, a must have if you’re driving to Llandudno.

I loved everything about our stay at The Tynedale and I will make another booking as soon as I’m able to. The price we paid was so reasonable, definitely great quality at a very affordable price.

Thank you all so much for a great weekend.
