A snap decision to visit Llandudno and we were very fortunate to get rooms in the Merrion. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. This was especially appreciated as we had a mobility scooter with us. This appeared to be no problem and was charged overnight for us. Lovely rooms and great breakfast. Thank you to all the staff and...

Stayed at the Merrion Monday 3rd until Friday 7th August. The food was descibed by my parents as superb - the best quality food they had experienced in Llandudno. The service and attention to detail by the waiting staff is exemplary. A good range of choice on the menu each night all cooked to an excellent standard. The location of...

A lovely hotel right on the promenade with lovely sea views. The receptionist on duty was very pleasant and efficient and our room was perfect for us. There is a lift, which was great as my dad is elderly and this reduced his hardship. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant served to us by very efficient and helpful...

HI Leavy2015 Thank you for posting on Tripadvisor, I am pleased you enjoyed your recent stay at the Merrion, I am sorry about the noisy seagulls at the rear of the hotel, it's a pain at this time of year until the young birds learn to fly. All part of being on the seaside. Kind regards Paul Bream
