Booked 2 double sea view rooms as a treat for my sister's birthday, and the views were excellent as were the room facillities. Parking was difficult and it isn't easy to find the rear entrance but there is one! Our rooms were separated by another room, stairs and a winding corridor, made it difficult to help my sister who has...

Well, it aint the cheapest hotel in Lllandudno, but then it is a 4-star after all, and is certainly very nice indeed. We couldn't fault the staff who were most helpful throughout. The room was superb (side sea view) and the bed was the most comfortable we've had in ages. We dined in the restaurant in the evening and the...

We visited the imperial for a couple of nights on 22nd may 2017 after searching for a hotel that could offer an accessible bathroom for someone with mobility difficulties. The hotel is definitely a four star and the service from all members of staff was excellent. We needed an accessible room with a wet room for my mum due to...

Very comfortable old fashioned hotel. Great attention to detail and lovely touches in rooms. Very clean and good service. Small car park at rear but plenty of other parking nearby. Great sea front location. Food in bar was tasty and not over priced. Breakfast on terrace was a lovely treat on a fine morning. Sea looked fabulous. Great poached egg...

I visited the Imperial with my elderly mother and we had a wonderful time. It is in a prime position on the seafront, with beautiful sea views, and easy access for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. All the staff were friendly and attentive, helping my mother whenever the opportunity arose, without being asked. The food in the restaurant was first...

Stated here with my husband for a weekend break. We were lucky enough to eat lunch, dinner and breakfast the following morning. The food was superb. The room was clean and very comfortable. White company toiletries were a nice touch.

Almost a spur of the moment night away , and we choose the lovely town of Llandudno, and the very pleasant Imperial Hotel. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. The room we were given , was just as described on the website, no nasty surprises, well kept and well appointed. The only slight negative was how warm the...

My wife and I went here to escape the rain. We have a lovely few hours chatting and having cake and tea. Lovely cake, if not rather on the small side, but was top quality. We sat at the front of the hotel, great views of the sea and something nostalgic being in an old hotel having tea. The area...

We have not been to Llandudno for ages, but overall the weekend stay was good.
