The staff were all very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble . We hadn't planned on it but ate in the hotels restaurant on both nights as...

Stayed for Friday-Sunday morning here. The place is spotless throughout and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However it is let down by several things. The bathrooms are small and access to the toilet is not suitable for disabled people or for those who are a little on the large side. Dinner on the first night was disappointing, the...

The hotel was very welcoming and on arrival we were advised that we had been upgraded from a standard room to a superior room, which was a very nice gesture. Our room was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel, there is a lift to access all floors. The room was very clean and spacious enough for...

Good Welcome and immediately told that the bikes could be safely stored inside the building - this a great news and a bonus for us cyclists. The room, on the 3rd floor was clean and comfortable although the TV was so low down that when we lay back to watch we couldn't see it but two drawers from the chest...

Spent 2 nights on DBB basis at this lovely hotel in Llandudno, Wales. We were welcomed on arrival and provided with our room key. Room was spotless but the furniture was a little dated. We were in a party of 18 and we were looked after like kings. Greg the Hungarian waiter, was superb - nothing was too much trouble....

I stayed for one night. Booked a superior single, not what I was hoping for! Shower over the bath, there was a cupboard running on the wall which I banged my head on when having a shower! No view. Disturbed by lady bringing chocolate and insisting on coming into the room to check the window was close. Stood in dining...

Stayed here on a package week and was very surprised at the quality of the food. The chef turned out meals to the quality and presentation of many top London restaurants.W would definitely stay there again.

Had a great break at the Dunoon in Llandudno from the 22nd to the 26th August. The room was fantastic, particularly as my partner had upgraded and we had the added bonus of a four-poster bed. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the promenade, shops and beach. The food is good, the staff friendly and helpful and the...
