The room was clean with beautiful docor. We asked for an additional bed and got the room with the beachfront view which was lovely.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Llandudno.

There is a small lift which fits 2 people, 3 at a squeeze. I have a mobility disability and although there doesn’t seem to be as many accessories as some of the larger hotels speak to any of the staff when booking and whilst there they help in every way. I use a mobility scooter and the hotel has ramps which are quite sturdy to get in and out and the hotel charge my scooter over night. Always ask them if you are not sure as if it’s possible they have alternatives and the owners and staff are so caring and helpful.
