Helpful and friendly staff. Good food. Good location. Comfortable rooms. Well worth a visit. Would go again. The little things made it: homemade biscuits on tea tray, clean glasses in bathroom each day, real coffee and cafetière on tea tray, newspapers delivered to room at cost price and an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day!

We have stayed at the St Tudno twice now and cannot fault the staff as they have always made us feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would say that Customer Service is their number one priority so expect a good experience here. The rooms are nice too especially those with a sea view. Food is...

This is a lovely traditional hotel overlooking the bay just opposite the pier. The rooms are nicely appointed, although a bit fussy. Our room was a superior one, overlooking the esplanade. Not very big, but sufficient for one night. The bed was a full king-size of good quality as was the bedding. The bathroom was typically small but clean and...

On the plus side the staff that work here are as friendly as can be. The breakfast is a full English and fairly standard. They are very dog friendly and even have a separate dining space for people to dine with their pets. However, parking is a nightmare. They have 3 tight spots (2 in tandem) behind the hotel. Parking...

Thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear that you found the staff to be friendly, the hotel dog friendly and the bar "cute" with an impressive selection. However, I was disappointed to read of your nightmare parking. Parking a long wheelbase Land Rover can be difficult in Llandudno. However, as far as I am aware out of...

We had an absolutely amazing time here...where Alice stayed. Room 20 on the 3rd floor (lift) with views over the bay. Newly refurbished with everything you would ever need including a jacuzzi bath! Fantastic staff and an exquisite dinner of local lamb and a huge cheeseboard that we couldn't finish. We ordered pick-nick platters for our journey home that we...

Thank you for your lovely comments. I am pleased that you appreciated one of our newly refurbished rooms and managed to sample the dinner menu and our picnic menu the following day (which is new this year). We look forward to welcoming you back with your grandson and dog

We booked in for a late Sunday special 3 course meal. The waitress(mature) was so friendly and attentive. We were transported to a glorious traditional dining/ restaurant with drapes and traditional décor of some class. The tables were very traditional as were the choices of heavy designed cutlery range, lovely . Had a 3 course set meal, delicious home made...

We stayed here just for one night in order to attend a Rydal School reunion. First impressions good, help to park our car , which can be difficult . Room very pleasant, a small problem swiftly dealt with. Dinner and breakfast both excellent , all in all our sort of hotel . The reunion went well too !

We had a couple of nights at this hotel for a short break. We chose it because we had heard such good reports and also knew of its lovely location at the Great Orme end of the bay. We looked for comfort and a peaceful stay and really found that at St Tudno's. The reception was helpful with a parking...

Just back from a very enjoyable stay in Llandudno with friends. St Tudno Hotel is so comfortable and welcoming, with special touches - dressing gowns in the wardrobe; homemade lemon shortbread in the room with tea and coffee; fluffy bath sheets and free wifi! We had dinner in the hotel both nights and the food was delicious - breakfast was...
