Not only was my meeting held in a claustrophobic basement, but one of the staff seems to have a new pair of ugg boots!! Your welcome to them, as clearly you don't pay your staff enough. They literally take the shoes from you; never mind the shirt off your back!!!??!!!!!!

Felt like we were in a time machine from 1950, there was a glass shelf above the tilet to put your bathroom bits on assume. We didn't use it as everyone knows if you don't put the seat down when flushing a fine spray from the bowl rises and settles on the wall area. Food good, Staff fiedly and helpfull....

We cannot fault this hotel although as many reviews say about the age and decor. Staff were excellent from reception, dining, and bar.The food was tasy and plentiful Rod Stewart (Rock Stewart) was unbelievable, looks and a voice that if you closed your eyes you would have thought it was the man himself. Don't let this act go Brittania.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world! Despite paying extra for "premier" dining and sea-view we were appalled by standards of hygiene particularly in the restaurant. We were told that the Premier restaurant would have waiter service but this proved not to be the case. The food was practically inedible and the hotel are...

We had a weekend break here. The hotel could definitely do with a makeover, but you can see some of the original features. Would love to see it refurbished. When we arrived our cases were taken from the bus and delivered to our room. Checkin was very fast. Our room (112) was very clean and lovely bedding. It was a...

LOCATION. The hotel is at the entrance to Llandudno pier and has commanding views across the bay to the Little Orme and beyond. A big problem is if you arrive by car rather than coach i.e. where to park to unload your suitcases etc; where to park overnight and where to park to load back up again without a trek....

Tired, requires a major facelift which is sad. The location is excellent, quiet as it's at the furthest point in Llandudno. Had a Premiere room and must say, the view was beautiful. I really wanted to like this place, you could imagine the grandeur of the past. The Grand Hotel it is not, Britannia Hotels, make it Grand again, PLEASE!!🤔
