One of the first things I look at anywhere, is how happy are the staff? This is a direct reflection of how management look after their hotel. Here at the Kensington the staff seem really happy and are really helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked and really good. We had a first floor bay window room with a great view of...

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Llandudno. Great views from both front and back. Very clean and great value for money. The staff were friendly and free parking around the back of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for four nights on a coach tour recently. Was a bit apprehensive at first as our coach arrived at 6.30 pm which was mealtime so we were taken directly from the coach to the dining room! However our order was taken and promptly served and to be honest it turned out to be very nice indeed. Breakfast was...

This hotel has an excellent location on the promenade and yet close to all the shops etc. The staff were very friendly, helpful and all appeared to be enjoying their work. The food in the dining room is not anything fancy but all enjoyable and well presented. There is a lift to all the floors and the rooms to the...

Dancing weekend with friends. Our room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The food was of a good standard and the waiting staff were knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful. Sebastian on reception was polite and helpful even when our electronic keys failed several times.

After reading the reviews they were up and down. But all I wanted was a clean place to put our heads and a car park. Of which this has both. Ideally situated for a short walk to town or the front and pier. Had a couple of lovely meals and I would highly recommend the steak at Lawtons grill! The...

The Kensington Hotel was clean, friendly and although the food had a limited menu, it was good. Meal times were quite early. Whilst this was OK in the mornings when a coach trip was involved in our tour, 6:30pm for the evening meal (with no flexibility) was quite early and meant quite a rush on our daily return. As for...

There are lots of hotels along the front which I feel are nicer than this one. The rooms are dated and whilst I stayed several had problems in them I.e. Broken shower, missing bulbs, leaks etc. The food was ok, but was a very 80's menus each night. I know this is probably because of the age group they cater...

Having just spent a week at this hotel arranged through Rail Discoveries, I would like to make several points. Firstly the hotel is very clean and welcoming with all the facilities you could wish for; ie. bar, large well appointed dining room & fully carpeted. Secondly ALL meals were of a very high standard with three or four choices of...
