Booked a "double room" and it was just two single beds pushed together. Poor english. On the second night a lady came in the room around 9pm as she "didnt know the room was occupied", very unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable after that point. The only upside was the view

Gorgeous Victorian gothic grandeur with old wooden staircases, lead-light windows and chandeliers. Allegedly complete with resident ghosts (though we didn't see anything). Rooms a little on the small side, but fully equipped. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Far better than bland chain-hotel rooms. No breakfast menu - but everything is available and the staff will make you pretty much...

Walking in we were met with such a warm welcome and shown to the room. We were in the top room with views over Llandudno and the sea. There were fluffy white towels and immaculately clean bathroom. We were given information on the area and we fully recommend the seahorse restaurant which is down the hill and left. We brought...

Stayed here for one night in March 2017. Great location and the views are definitely the highlights. We enjoyed our breakfast, both bathroom and the room itself were spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Headlands hotel if you are looking for a traditional style hotel.

This B & B is in the most abulous position for views. Unfortunately our experience wasn't as good as other reviewers. Our room was up on the 3rd floor, there was no lift. Had we known this we wouldn't have booked. I have breathing difficulties and struggled with the stairs. Our room was not the cleanest and the bathroom hadn't...

We stayed here for one night and found it to be a really charming old-fashioned hotel. I would say this hotel must have the best views in Llandudno as it overlooks the entire bay. Our room (33) was wonderfully quirky, it was on two levels, a quite narrow section on entrance with a single bed and with a mini-staircase that...

Stayed for two nights 12/14 Feb 2017. Nice clean hotel with an old fashioned but nice theme. Nice bedroom bathroom. Booked the cheaper garden view room but had nice sea views anyway. Room 36. Breakfast was excellent but as others have said no information given ,other than times, about how it was worked. Ie where things were, was it any table? Did...

Lovely stay, upon arrival the car park and hill is limited in parking but more than ample. Room was quiet, clean and bathroom was lovely and practical! Nice power shower over bath. View to die for overlooking the whole bay of Llandudno with lovely leather seats in front of the window, could just sit and watch all day! We even...

I have stayed at the headlands twice, once as a couple and once with family. Both times we have been impressed. The building has lovely architecture and original features. The staff are more than helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and well cooked. The views are spectacular. We stayed in a double (non sea view) on the second floor which had antique...
