Didn't like it! Phil was friendly enough and the location on the guest house was nice. however the hotel itself was awful, wasn't informed of the facilities being separate to the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was awful. The bed was horrific, could feel every spring. wont stay again

I stayed here with my husband and I left my charger for my electric cigarette behind. After emailing and getting no reply, I had to phone 3 times before someone answered the phone. I explained my dilemma and asked for it to be send to me, I offered my card details to be charged (postal charges), the owner didn't want...

The last thing you want to hear after a long days drive and you have double parked because there is no spaces in the street is "we close our bookings at 6pm" this now being 5 to 6. All I asked is where is the free parking , in the street she said but there is no parking in the...

We just decided on a last minute, one night stay, I expected to be asked to pay to reserve the room by telephone but no problem as accommodation in Llandudno was very limited due to it being school holidays. The owner, Anne, was most helpful and greeted us when we arrived, showing us to our room. We were able to...

This guest house was quite cheaply priced, as are many in Llandudno. We were unsure after reading reviews but had already made the booking .On arrival we were met by the friendly male owner who carried up our bags to room 6. He explained how everything worked and then left us after explaining that the machine to take a card...

We stayed just one night and had a good experience. Room on the top floor was fine, comfortable bed and a good sleep. Breakfast was very nice. Surprised at the comments re the lady owner - she was certainly helpful to us when we called in the morning and asked to check in after the normal time. We were given...

Clean, well located guest house near to the shops and pier. Male owner and young staff members very nice and friendly. The female owner was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I am having to use a wheel chair due to severe osteoarthritis but she would not let me bring it in the house - said it was...

This guesthouse is situated in a great location, easy walk to the shops, North seafront and Happy Valley park area. Little longer walk to the West shore. We managed to park outside for free and left the car there all weekend. Upon arrival the exterior was well kept and surrounded with greenery, very nice. The owner was very helpful and...
