Just returned back from 4 night stay at the Trevone. The hotel is located on the promenade, perfect seafront location. Surrounded by restaurants, great sight seeing and shopping. The owners were very attentive to our needs and very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was cooked fresh and was abundant. The hotel is Victorian with a lot of history and very very clean. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely go back because there is a lot to see and do.

Stop off one night, was slightly worried reading the reviews but was fine for the price. Knew we wouldn’t be arriving until past 9pm. Walked in to no one on reception. Slight panic then lady arrived and got key. As others said, no parking on front - found parking 2 min walk around the corner. Loud disco under hotel on Friday night. Lobby lets the place down, room was nice and modern enough, clean, bathroom new, shower good, beds comfortable, room reasonable size for 3 single beds. Tea, coffee making available and toiletries. Bit noisy with people coming in but think that happens everywhere. Would stay again for overnight.

After trying to contact this hotel on numerous occasions with no luck I'm writing this review. Upon arrival we checked in, we did ask for lower floor room miles in advance and was told yes. This is due to walking difficulties up and down the stairs. We was handed the keys to the 3rd floor which is two flights of stairs per floor! Does have a lift if you can get it to work😕 you will not fit a wheelchair in the lift never mind yourself and a suitcase! We booked this hotel as it was a bed and breakfast, I even rang the day before to make sure we was booked in as they don't give you confirmation. When we arrived they took our money and sent us on our way, when I asked about breakfast what time it is to be told no breakfast chefs on holiday! When I went down in the morning to talk to the manager to ask for a discount as we paid for bed and breakfast to be told there away, turns out they were all at a wedding so basically took our money and went! Left reception staff that didn't have a clue about anything not even Llandudno. Also to be told by reception to email and ring them when I get home but knew ill just be fobbed off😤 no one never seemed to be on the desk, new customers arrived for check in time had to wait 2hrs for reception staff to turn up! Once in the family room plenty of space but sloping floors! We stayed here for 4 nights no clean sheets or towels had to ask for toilet roll and you have to empty your own bins! They will charge for more tea or coffee or towels too! Only good thing is the sea view from the window and the seagull that comes to visit every morning. Very small showers with just luke warm water not much space, pillows and beds are hard too but each to their own reviews on the beds. Will not recommend this hotel and will not go again!
