This was our 3rd stay with the lovely Mrs Cooper and yet again it was first class. From the minute we arrived nothing was to much trouble and the tea and homemade cake were waiting. Breakfast yet again was excellent and Mrs Cooper even let our little girl help in the kitchen making the pancakes which she loved. If you...

We've just returned from our second visit to Boscombe House and as with the first visit we've had such a lovely time. The host is wonderful and did everything she could to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was superb - beautifully presented too. I can't wait to visit again.

My first stay in a guest house! Usually prefer 4 to 5 star hotels BUT was completely won over by this experience. It was more like going to a house party with a good friend. The welcome is superb, delicious homemade cake and tea. The room was lovely with classy, snow white bed linen and superb facilities. Lots of tea,...

We all have a wonderful time here. Superb breakfasts that lasted until teatime. Well looked after during visit. Lovely rooms and nice and quiet for restful break. Not too close to town centre but easy walking along the promenade whilst watching sea. Free car parking on quiet street. Plenty of taxis if needed for return from pubs/restaurant.

We have just returned from yet another fantastic stay with Ann @ Boscombe House. On arrival the weather was terrible and Ann went out of her way to find things to occupy our daughter and even took us to the cinema. Everything again was of the usual high standard and I cannot fault anything, Ann even had our daughter Emily...

We came to Boscombe House during June 2014 upon recommendation from family. The B&B is an example of utterly charming accommodation, with a lovely sun trap garden area if you prefer to enjoy the sun away from Llandudno seaside. There is so much character to Boscombe House, and I think it is its homeliness that makes a stay there so...

The welcome we received was unlike and other... And then there was the food! We were supplied with home made pancakes, syrup and great fruit... Load of tea, fruit smoothly and even champagne for breakfast! The house has a warm and homely feel with beautiful art work on the walls and bespoke furnishings. The location is truly beautiful and overall...

My wife and I had a fantastic four-night stay at Boscombe House while in Llandudno. We were offered the choice of two beautiful rooms with private bathrooms. We chose the slightly larger room with ensuite bathroom. Anne was a wonderful host, spoiling us with multiple breakfast options and dropping us in her own car at the Great Orme. We enjoyed...

I was on a business visit to the area. I pretty much knew what I was about to get at Boscombe -and I got it. Everything in the other reviews is correct. Recommended. Parking was easy and my 4g O2 phone signal was good in the front bedroom.
