Dear Dan, I am 65 years old I have made more then 2,000,000 air miles endless hotel visit. I was only a witness to the the discussion and was you say is not true I didn't hear bad words . There was only request to talk to the manager and the employee who answer the phone when the employee approve the option by phone. But, In my opinion your employees should be proud of you and your support. I don't think it is good idea for me to deal with this any longer.
Take care
