Our room was on the top floor and was uncomfortably cold. The radiator was tepid, even when fully on, and the shower room had no heating at all. Despite the room being small, it never heated up and we had to sleep with coats on our our bed at night to keep warm. The location of the B&B is good...

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your experience of our guest house was uncomfortable due to the cold during your recent stay with us. The room was perfect for what we needed and had a good nights sleep every night, didn't hear any noise from anybody else to disturb us. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for our busy days out. 9 of us stayed here prior to running Snowdonia Marathon on the Saturday. Essential to help us prepare for the race were a good sleep and the right breakfast. The beds and bedding were the best that I have ever experienced from a hotel and the owners opened the breakfast room early and fed us perfect porridge and brown toast....

Great Bedroom with night fittings and very clean. Lovely staff and no...

Thank-you for your review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Some of our second floor rooms do have sloping ceilings, as is the character of Victorian buildings, you do have to mind your head if you are tall.
