Had a 2 night stay at the Promenad with a lovely sea view. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent but perhaps the best bit of all was the lovely friendly welcome of the owners. Would recommend to anyone !

Visited for 2 nights to attend Britain in bloom at the conference centre up the road. Lovely sea view with a very helpful owner. The breakfasts were exceptional. Very likely to visit again next spring.
The third time we have stayed at this delightful b&b. Our room (no.4) was large, comfortable and airy with a great sea view over the promenade. Breakfast is excellent. Location for restaurants, shopping and the theatre is superb.
When staying at Promenâd the best place to park is on the Parade directly outside the front of the building. Parking charges are in force between 10am and 4pm and cost £3.00 a day out of season and £4.50 in season
