The hotel has a small private on site car park (This must be booked prior to arrival). We do accept pets, however they are not allowed to remain in the bedrooms unaccompanied. Please note when booking through the internet we offer rooms with or without breakfast please ensure you select the correct rate.
Last minute mini break just before the new year with my fiancé and doggo. We had an amazing time. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and lovely throughout. The room was bright, warm and quirky. Bed was comfy I slept like a log. Breakfast was between 8am and 9:30am and delicious. We both had a full English, the website states dogs can be left in the room for breakfast but a nice member of staff said if we want we can eat breakfast in the bar area and our dog can come too! (Dogs are not allowed in the separate dining area). They even cooked a separate sausage and wrapped it up like a Xmas cracker for our dog which was adorable it made my whole morning 😍 definitely would stop there again and would recommend. Thank you again, from Sarah, Andy and Wednesday the dog!

I took my 2 dogs away 7th,8th December.. can't fault the hotel.. great position. Room was good, needs updating, but it was clean.. manager was friendly..was asked to pay £30 for my dogs, which I did by card when I arrived.. enjoyed my 2 nights.. As I left I was told the payment never went through, can I pay again.. I checked my bank, it hadn't gone out. So I paid by card again.. But on Monday 11th 2 x £30 were taken out of my account.. called them, he said it would be sorted. But I've still not received the £30 I'm owed. Very disappointed

Great value for money , the room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom is a little tired and dated but clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming the breakfast was ample and well cooked. We would recommend this and look forward to returning.

Excellent hotel very comfortable beds and a nice view out of the window. A good breakfast with lots of choice. Only down side is that there is no parking but plenty of side street parking around just then have to walk a way with a case. Ok as long as it’s not raining.

Bedrooms are nicely decorated and breakfast was top tier. Had a nice view and hotel was placed in the perfect area. Parking wasn’t really a problem there was free parking close by and there is many activities that can be accessible in short walks.

We had an excellent holiday during this school holidays time. We booked family sute. The hotel was neat and clean and situated nice and quite area. Rooms was specious. Staffs were friendly and the manager Ross was very knowledgeable with nearby visiting sites. He suggested us nice places to go. The hotel itself 100 yards walking distance from the beach. Evey orher day room services was available and we had beverage and kettle facilities in the room.

Wouldn't advise anyone to stay in room 104. Curtains got holes in & don't fit the windows. The bathroom has a SANIFLOW so every time you flushed the toilet , had a shower, washed your hands ect you got a very loud rumble from the pipework so couldn't flush toilet or wash hands in the night due to that noise. Lots of electrical extensions in the room & gap between wall & bed to sit down was the size of my foot, I take size 5 shoe, ridiculous. But 1 good thing was the cooked breakfast, it was cooked to perfection & served by 2 lovely blokes named LIZU & MOHAN who really couldn't do en for us. Helped carry stuff in & out. Absolutely lovely guys, which is more than I can say about ROSS, the manager who did nothing when I advised him of the noisey bathroom. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY, 7 BIG STEPS TO GET INTO RECEPTION NO RAMPS. ALSO IF YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL WITH BOOKING.COM YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEIR CARPARK. APPALLING FOR DISABLED PERSONS…

Having stayed in Llandudno before on the sea front where thar are very few amenities we decided to stay nearer the town centre. The Broadway is ideally located close to a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Bus stop is very near by. It's located within a 5 minute walk of the rail station. As we are mobility impaired it was important that access was easy. There’s a lift to all floors inside. We were greeted by a very welcoming man and check in was fast and efficient. The room on the 2nd floor was delightful, a large room with an ample bathroom was in very good order, nicely decorated and extremely clean. We were very glad and slept very comfortably. Their breakfast was very delicious and healthy.

The hotel is in a great location. The few staff we interacted with were friendly (although we didn't see many about) Lobby and entrance were clean and presentable. Fresh towels, beds made, bins emptied and teas and coffees (no spoons for stirring) refilled, daily. TV and WiFi worked. Room 207 was a good size. And clean (mostly)… sadly the shower head was half brown, some areas of the carpet, doesn't seem to have met a vacuum for some time. The double bed was so uncomfortable! All the pillows were clean. The extension lead cord put out for a lamp was a tripping hazard, and some screws on the floor were raised or loose. We found litter and food under the beds and furniture. Our door hadn't been closed/locked after a housekeeping visit. Curtains/ blinds were dirty and not fully attached, and there wasn't really anywhere suitable to put our clothes. The hotel itself was pretty quiet, (this room is directly facing the premier inn and there was a lot of noise coming from there). We expected the facilities to be basic, but quality of the room and it's fittings and fixtures were below basic even for a budget hotel and at £100 per night, the standard should have been better. …
