This hotel needed a a lot of TLC. The towels and bedding were clean. The food was good. The carpet was thread bare in places. However when we returned on Wednesday some of it had been replaced with new. All in all god value for money. The only bad thing was that the wifi did not work! Should not be... More

Hello 👋 there! Here's my review of my one night B&B breakaway to the New Loretta Hotel, Llandudno. Basically, with the New Lorreta Hotel you get a nice stay for a very nice price. I paid £35 for a one night stay in October Halloween Half-Term Week and was very happy with my lovely, clean room and bathroom / shower... More

I booked the hotel through UKBreakaways for a Murder Mystery Weekend and any excitement for the event was soon squashed once we were allocated our abysmal and extremely depressing room! Bizarrely ‘featured’ in the room was a fully glazed Fire Escape door which had no blind or curtain to block out the incoming light and there was also a fire... More

OK so my wife and I have been on National Holiday Bus trips many times and have always found them to be pleasurable but unfortunately this time it was a disaster. We had been recommended this hotel by three different people and after reading the reviews decided to give it a go. Booked a double room which was on the... More

Faulty towers has nothing on this hotel. Shortage of staff in the restaurants is the main problem. There was 4 coaches booked in at the hotel, and only 2 members of staff waiting on tables. One of which was running about and doing his best, while another one was more interested in talking rather than working. Totally unfair on the... More
