We stayed Thursday & Friday night at this hotel and it was a very nice stay. They are in the process of renovating this so our room with a sea view had been done and was really clean and updated. The staff that seemed to be on the reception desk, round the hotel seemed to be there whatever time you went in / out, they were so polite and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was even cleaned and biscuits / coffee and tea replenished which you don't normally get when staying a couple of nights so that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for an enjoyable stay even though Storm Arwen came in with a vengeance.

Room Tip: We stayed on floor 3 overlooking the sea and did not hear any noise apart from the sea.

Really new and friendly. We stayed an unexpected extra night so booked really short notice and they were very accommodating. So much so we have booked again for later this year. The room was clean and very well presented. And the view of the sunrise was breathtaking 😍

Booked this hotel on a website and didn't pay as much attention as I should have done! Sadly it lacks a bar and that is something we enjoy with friend who were also staying at the hotel - pre & post dinner drinks. The website (Booking.com) is a little confusing to say the least regarding parking - There is a rear door onto the carpark which is not in use and has no signage to that effect so we pressed the intercome buzzer a few times before someone actually walked down from reception to tell us we had to use the entrance at the front of the hotel. Check in was swift and our room was on the first floor, there is a lift and a staircase. In itself the room was good, plenty of space but overlooking the carpark..... TBF we hadn't paid for a sea view. There were tea/coffee facilities in the room which we used. The bathroom was quite large and possibly for someone with wheelchair needs. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom just one small towel rail. Nice sized bed did state a King but not sure? There are very small ledges at the bedside which really are too small to be functional - doesn't hold much and I use a CPAP machine at night so it was a bit of a worry with it balanced on the ledge. Breakfast was OK- sadly it is only a continental breakfast/cereals/toast but we knew at the time of booking - the only time we eat a fried breakfast is when staying at hotels so missed a bit of a treat. Found the whole place spotlessly clean had no concerns around the cleaning/hygiene

So we didn't originally book this hotel we had booked somewhere else and they had gone into administration and we hadn't been notified so booking.com relocated us here and wow we were so glad they did! Arrived in the hotel about 7.30pm and greated by two lovely members of staff who went above and beyond had a lovely room that my little boy loved to bits and could see the sea from the window which made it even better! Had the best nights sleep we have had in ages, really comfy beds! Breakfast was included I don't usually go for continental but was amazed at how lovely it was! Fresh hams fresh cheese and freshly baked bread rolls and croissants was absolutely lovely! Help yourself to cereals and toast aswell overall we will definitely be back thankyou so much for an amazing stay

Not long had new owners and management. A good deal of renovations done and lot more planned. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and very genuine. The continental breakfast was expansive and fresh-top notch. The room was warm, spacious well equipped and comfortable and, most importantly, very clean. Have been staying in Llandudno for many many visits over the past 25 years and I will certainly be booking the esplanade again. Thanks for such a pleasant stay
