This was a quick trip to Ipswich requiring a night out, the premier inn was perfect for our needs, 10 minutes drive from the town centre where there are good restaurants and bars around the harbour area. Breakfast good and all freshly cooked and nicely served. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked well, a choice of pillows was...

Overall I can recommend for room only. Location is good for A14, but traffic can be bad towards the city. Room was quiet and very clean. Air conditioning worked well and was essential in the recent heat wave. I would rate it above other similar hotels but being located in a retail park between two car dealerships would not suit...

We used this hotel when travelling to the cruise terminal at Harwich and stayed overnight. The hotel is comfortable and clean and well placed for our purposes. Close enough to Ipswich for an afternoon visit and close to main trunk road to Harwich. We purchased the evening diner and breakfast package and we're not disappointed with either meal or options...

Exceptionally clean - that feeling that no one else has ever stayed in your room - which is as it should be in a hotel. Well designed. Straight forward, simple and all that would be expected in this range of hotel.

Mrs. Gopher and I stayed at this hotel in November 2015, but I am writing another review of our stay this month as it was a slightly different experience. We had booked for 3 nights but Mrs Gopher injured her foot a few days before we went, so was concerned about getting into and out of an over bath shower....

From beginning to end a fantastic experience. Don't be put off by the road distance as it isn't even noticeable. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were fantastic-couldn't do enough to help. We had two rooms next door to each other as there were five of us-could have had the door unlocked between them but wanted to lock...

Very close to the main A14/12 so easy travel on these roads. No sound problems so a good nights sleep. Stay away from the Brewers Faye, not a clue re service, food preparation, hygiene basic problems that must be sorted.

Excellent stay at this premier inn. Newly refurbished the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast in the attached pub was good and was a quick service. We have two small children who would have enjoyed this visit. Staff helpful and friendly
