Stayed for one night recently whilst in area having booked well in advance.Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and up to premier inn standard. However due to the popularity of the site car parking was a bit of a challenge.

We stayed one night here before catching the ferry from Poole. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the port and is on a trading estate. It's easy to find. The car parking is good. It's clean comfortable and good value. Yes, we'll use it again. No problem in recommending it.

The Inn was a very clean and well laid out place, the rooms were very clan and with the AC it was great at nights, the staff where very helpful and happy to help in anyway, we liked the Bar area as it was a nice place to sit and talk to our friends who came down from London, the...

We had a great stay, the room was clean and fresh and the staff were great but try to book in advance to get a better rate. Also the car park was not the easiest to navigate round as it has 2 sections.

We arrived here at 8 pm on Saturday. We booked a table for 9 pm and eventually left the dining room at 10.45. The waitresses and front of house were excellent and I felt sorry that they had to deal with the problems. We did not receive our drinks for almost half an hour and at 10.15 no sign of...

A modern well designed pupose-built hotel. Good free parking in an easy to find location. All staff were friendly at all times to a real mix of clientèle, from business suits to contract workers to retirees. The breakfasts were excellent; even though we only had continental there was still a very good variety. The bed was really ample and comfortable...

Near a 24hr mega Tescos. Clean rooms as expected. A good breakfast. Lots of families at half term and lots of people catching cross channel ferries! Parking was a bit tight. Staff were very sweet and helpful.

Stayed here for one night before crossing to Guernsey on the Condor Ferry. My room was in the recently refurbished wing and was up to the usual Premier Inn standard of comfort - the only problem was the smell of paint - I think I must have been the first guest since the room was done up ! Maybe it...

I stayed here for 2 nights on Business. The hotel appeared slightly run down and the first room I had, the toilet hadn't and couldn't be cleaned. I was then moved to a family room which was ok and I slept well. Good facilities with air con, fans and heaters in the room, however the corridors were like a sauna!...

Booked this hotel as I was traveling to Jersey on business on the Condor ferry, early sailing so wanted to stay over, only 10 minutes from the check in so worked well, loads of parking, not a place if your looking for a view but rooms and areas as what you would expect from Premier inn. Did not use the...
