We had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms and hotel were very clean and tidy. The owners were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent. Very good value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed the night at the Sherwood on 18th February 2017. The location is great, handy for shops, seafront, bars and restaurants. There is limited parking at the front of the building, however there are plenty of spaces on the road. We had a first floor room at the front of the building which was nice as it overlooked the...

The owners were lovely and made us feel really at home! They were accommodating when it came to parking as normally it's a nightmare in the centre-letting is leave our car the next day after we'd checked out so we could have a walk before we left. Breakfast was quick, warm & exactly what a full English breakfast should be....

Our room was described as a 'Super King'. it was a good size with a 6 foot bed and a 2 seater settee beneath a sunny bay window. The mattress...
