Paid for double, was given a twin room with childrens bunk bed. Quickly rectified by staff, choice of continental breakfast or cooked both good with great service. Great sized room and bathroom. Bit old fashioned furniture but for a quick over night stop, it's good.

Food was good, breakfast and dinner. We had such a good time booked for next March while we were there. Buses available for nearby towns if wanted just...

We visited Best Western Consort Hotel on Wednesday 22nd February to discuss arrangements for my dad's funeral. During a very difficult week, we were immediately put at ease by Maz, the new general manager. Nothing was too much trouble and he emailed a summary of our requests the same evening. On the day of the funeral (6th March 2017) everything...

Ribs were ok served with nice fresh salad, Gammon was very tasty served with 2 eggs, pipping hot chips & a tomato. I ate my meal in...

Our room was very good, the staff were quite helpful, but they appeared short staffed most of the time, The food was quite good, To get a drink from the bar during the evening was a task, because of the short staff. The motown night was quite good and I quite enjoyed it, would I go again, possibly not, but...
