Stayed for 2 nights . Good location and quiet room at back of hotel. Shower was fantastic I have to say and reception staff very friendly. Beefeater next door was ok. Shame about the parents who think it's a creche but hey ho. Good location by the lake and a lovely Sunday after noon stroll

We stayed in this hotel the night after flying in from Canada, while visiting family in Bedford. The hotel was everything we expected, and usually expect from Premier Inns. Clean, spacious, very functional and quiet. The staff were friendly, check-in a breeze and the attached restaurant perfectly adequate. Excellent value for money.

Received a friendly welcome from a lovely lady receptionist who told us not just about the hotel, but also about the park and where to walk around the lake. Enjoyed a lovely walk around the park/lake while still daylight. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Power shower was excellent, but bathroom did have very poor ventilation and steamed up badly....

Just had a meal here on our way through. Seabass was delicious, as were the burgers. The portion size and presentation were very average though, and I would have had something to say if we'd paid the full price (40% discount with the AA)... The biggest shame though is that the garden/patio area where we sat with the dog (who...

The room was fine and staff friendly............But the Beefeater next door where we had breakfast was not very good. Most of cooked breakfast was cold ..... floor was not hoovered from the evening before ! Felt more like we were in a motorway services. Staff were not organized did'nt seem to know what they were doing. Food certainly not worth the...

Stopped here a few times now, always on business. Rooms are decent standard, good comfy bed and all facilities you'd expect. Location is nice, just next to the marina so a nice place to walk round. Staff all very friendly, especially on reception. Only minor blip is the connected restaurant (beefeater) is a bit uninspiring in terms of menu choices,...

Had a lovely room although it was at the end of the ground floor corridor. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. English Breakfast wasn't as good as it has been before. The table was too small and the meal was cold.

We stayed for a week end at the beginning of September as a family of four. The great thing about Premier inns is that the price of the room does not sem to increase much if you book a family room with two children as opposed to a double room. The fact that two children under 16 can receive a...

we stayed here for a night last week after a seven hour drive from the land of Scots. Very welcoming at the reception and they kept the room for us as we didn't arrive until just before 10pm. Typical Premier inn room, and tea and coffee making facilities, although a bit miffed that there were no biscuits(!) The bathroom was...
