Wonderful 3 day stay visiting family. Great hosts David, Janice and Christian, and also next door to a lovely pub. Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to return. Lots of walking in the local area and easy access to M6 and M56, very useful if you need to get to the airport. Drank too much Sherry!

A great welcome and lots of really nice touches in the rooms. Not just tea and coffee facilities but also complimentary sherry. With a fantastic breakfast with homemade bread and lots of local produce and a team who can’t do enough for you - we will be back next time we are in the area

Lovely farm house, set in the Quintessential tiny Cheshire village of Little Bollington. Right next door to a lovely English country pub. Great location for country walks, one of which is finest country parks Cheshire has to offer. I highly recommend that you opt for the full English Breakfast… oh man that fried bread (home made).. outstanding A lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of England. My only gripe not was the local pub closed on Saturday 6th May,because some guy in London was getting a new hat Big thanks to Dave & Jan We both had a fantastic weekend. Will definitely return

Visited Ash Farm today for afternoon tea. The experience was first class, from the setting, service and most of all the food. The soup to start was stunning, variety/quality of sandwiches was superb and so many different wonderful cakes meant a take home box was required. Thanks again David and Janice. We will be back.

This guest house is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Slightly quirky but extremely comfortable I cannot recommend it highly enough! David the host and his charming wife know a thing or two about hospitality and although there are only four bedrooms the overall feeling is of a great big country house. Their son Christian is an excellent chef and breakfast is not to be missed as only the highest quality ingredients are used. There is also a lovely pub next door for lunch and evening meals

This Guest house was amazing, from the design of the interior through to the breakfast menu. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and it was the little things to detail that gave it the WOW Factor. The Owners were very attentive and service was top notch. There is a charming pub and restaurant next door that catered for evening meals. This Guest House is ideally placed for a number of attractions and 30 minutes from Manchester. We will be revisiting this guest house in the near future.

Our experience was 5stars +. The location in the Cheshire countryside is perfect. We arrived in time to stroll along the Bridgewater canal before supper at a nearby pub. Everything is unique creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. We slept in an emporer sized bed which had been made by David the owner. Lovely art features throughout and the breakfast room is a delight. Be prepared for a magnificent breakfast. We stayed traditional but the quality of the ingredients made it memorable. Certainly will stay again.

We visited here today for afternoon tea! The country house is in beautiful countryside on the edge of the Dunham Massey estate and deer park with great views and walks! The hosts are the most friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! They couldn’t do enough for us!! They were so kind! The food was delicious and very fresh! There was so much …we had to take some home!!! We started with delicious soup served in a china cup… a large selection of yummy sandwiches… homemade scones to die for…cakes …. Strawberries dipped in chocolate and a delicious lemon posset!!!! And much more…. And as much tea/ coffee as you could drink!! What a lovely way to spend an afternoon… we’re definitely coming back!!!
