This was our second visit to Lancercombe Farm nothing had changed including the genuine warm welcome from Nicola and her family. The surrounding countryside is lovely and ideal for strolling across the fields. The private entrance and lounge area gives privacy without disturbing anyone. Furnishings are tasteful and the king size bed really comfortable. Excellent breakfast and lemon drizzle cake...

This is a wonderful B & B and an excellent base from which to explore the south Devon coast, though we also went as far east as the excellent Bovington Tank Museum. It is especially good if, like us, you are a couple travelling with another couple because the B & B accommodation comprises two double rooms that share a...

We spent 3 nights at Lancercombe Farm recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived Nicola made us welcome and swiftly made us a pot of tea and a lovely slice of cake. We had the larger of the two rooms which had wonderful views over the countryside. The room and en suite were spotless and the...

We recently stayed at Lancercombe Farm for two nights. The web site made the B&B very appealing and the whole experience certainly matched our expectations. The house is nestled in the lush Devon countryside and is a working farm. It is close enough to Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and other nearby towns to make them easily accessible. The two B&B rooms have...

The countryside of East Devon is stunning and Lancercombe Farm is in easy reach of buzzing Exeter, windy Exmoth and delightful Sidmouth. Nicola provided tea and lovely cake on arrival and we were able to come...

We stayed 5 nights with Nicola and her family and were delighted with the whole experience: a beautiful setting with stunning views yet conveniently close to Sidmouth. A warm, friendly and relaxed welcome from Nicola with tea and cake on arrival. Just two bedrooms with their own private entrance and private sitting room (very comfy sofas and logburning stove lit...

Having read all the complimentary reports about Nicola & Simon's farmhouse B&B, I really wanted to find something wrong with it but I couldn't. It really is as close to perfect as makes no difference. What more can I say? We'll be back in the near future, that's certain..... Oh, and the Golden Lion pub, in nearby Tipton St John,...

We stayed with Nicola and her family for 4 nights and took over the whole part of their lovely farm dedicated to the B&B. It was great having your own entrance without disturbing anyone, plus a gorgeous lounge to relax in and a cosy dining room to have breakfasts. Talking of which, the breakfasts were superb and Nicola was so...
