The hotel is a tad old fashioned but is very friendly and the food is good. However, if you need internet access, it is a nightmare. The grounds are lovely and the hotel is situated very close to the town centre so easy walking distance

Sidholme hotel is near Sidmouth which is quite a distance from Honiton. There might be a bus - you'd need to look this up.

I've seen the pool, but never used it. A temp of 31 is extremely warm! A temperature of 29/30 would still be lovely and it did look very inviting for a hotel pool.
