Clean place to stay some rooms a bit small but we had a sea view! Disturbed early evening with false fire alarm but hey ho. Breakfast self service fair but plenty of cheaper options within town center. Parking free but about 5 mins walk away in NCP.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were pleasant. Great location 5 mins to the town , shops and beach We took our dog with us which cost an extra £20 but the room was very spacious for all 3 of us. Out stay was great.

The rooms were fine, reception on checking in was fine, the service at both the bar and restaurant was slow this is the only restaurant I have ever been in that thinks serving your starter and main course at the same time is acceptable, service at breakfast - poor

Fab location, clean hotel and friendly and professional staff couldn't do enough to make you happy. Spacious family room but the children's beds need better mattresses very lumpy and uncomfortable for teenagers.

Room was clean/comfortable although did fell abit sea sick with uneven floor but suppose this is to be expected with age of building. Breakfast was abit lacking in dietary requirements i.e. Lacto free

Stayed 3 nights with family and friend. Once again the staff were superb. Friendly helpful. Professional. The room was perfect for us . Bathroom lots of hot water, towels. Breakfasts are great not too busy but tasty food and lots of options. I can't fault this place. We will be back. By the way the views are stunning.

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Super location and the customer service and staff were professional, sympathetic and accommodating. Can't recommend this place highly enough and for the money was great value for money. There are one or two better in Scarborough but you pay considerably more. For location and money nothing beats the travelodge.

First off, if you're expecting 5 star glam this is not the place for you. This travelodge is a converted Victoria hotel overlooking the Grand hotel. The rooms are dated and it is far from modern. But it was clean and comfortable and we had a fantastic sea view. We stayed in a family room which was very cramped and...

Loved the situation of this nice Travelodge. Rooms very clean and very well priced especially if you get a deal. Unfortunately it was not too handy for parking and found the nearby carpark at over £20.00 per day. As this is a town centre location it is a cost that you have to accept and factor into your costs
