Visited in September 2016, place was quite quiet which was nice. Pool was quite small but nearly empty which was good. The caravan wasn't the best but was clean enough for a 4 night stay. There wasn't much to do onsite and the entertainment wasn't up to much so we spent most evenings down in Scarbourgh centre.

Had the mis fortune of booking a holiday here, the area is beautiful, the park looked great, but thats where it stopped, the caravan was dirty and tatty, the beds were thrown together, the few plates and bowls provided were dirty, the freezer was so jammed with ice it had popped the door open and the oven door was broken... We had an absolutely AMAZING time... all the staff, the location and facilities are fantastic, made EXTRA special by the team stars.. they were all fantastic.. but one who went above & beyond the 'call of... Came here for October half term and I have to say I'm disappointed in the site. There isn't much for the children to do through the week and we have had to take them further a field to entertain them. The pool is cold and rather small for a site of this size, the shop has nothing in it hardly... More

Did a mid week break for half term just to get away for the phone ringing and loved it . We took our dog with 3 kids and there was loads to do. Beach walk is great but be aware it's a steep hill so you need good leg muscles. Holiday park is very clean but in the area we... More

Nice park. Entertainment hit and miss. Pool far too cold with freezing showers. Amusements a con with toy grabbers set to fail. Parents allow young children to roam the complex un supervised and the kids are mostly little rat bags who should not be allowed to go without adult supervision.

Just got back from a mon - fri trip to cayton bay for the second October in a row. We paid a little bit extra this year to have a silver caravan just to get heating in all bedrooms as it gets a little cold at night. The main plus point this year was the children's entertainment, the teamstars put... More

Booked a long way in advance to go to the Goth weekend at Whitby. Got a letter three weeks beforehand saying you have been transferred to a different park (miles away) or a refund!!!!!!! What use is that when everything else will be booked up for that weekend. I was a loyal customer, not any more. Not even any sort... More
