We found this place at the last minute and couldn't believe our luck. Its relaxed atmosphere, lovely house and grounds, good food, and helpful staff was just what we needed. We'd certainly go back again if in the Scarborough area.

We stayed for a couple of nights over Easter and loved it! We had a refurbished room with the most amazing view and beautiful decor. The newly decorated bar area is stunning and the food was superb. Couldn't fault breakfast or dinner, the menu was really very good and the staff on the whole were extremely helpful, especially Jack. Hotel...

My business is Landscapeing, my hours of work are when their is day light, therefore i come in late, leave very early, sometime 4 am, lots of coffee and the night porters are my favorite people in all the hotels i stay in. I chose this hotel for my wifes 50th birthday and spent the weekend here with my family. What an excellent choice as nothing was too much trouble for the owner and her staff. For the main "birthday meal" on the Saturday evening we were given a private dining room and treated like royalty. A first class weekebd and a first...

The food is out of this world. Beautifully cooked and presented. Nice to see the supplements for some items on the breakfast menu have disappeared !!! Will definately...

Stayed for dinner, bed and breakfast for one night- very good value deal. Drinks prices a bit expensive, but probably to be expected. Rooms being refurbished gradually, still need a few extras, such as mirrors in bedroom, not just in ensuite. Very quiet atmosphere, food very good, particularly the desserts. For a wednesday it was fairly busy, mainly older clientele.

We stayed at the Wrea Head Hotel for my husbands birthday. We could not have chosen a better place. The room we had was room 1. It had been refurbished to an excellent standard and was really beautiful with a lovely outlook over the fields. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals was exceptional and we...

Working at the local hospital for the two weeks around Easter, Wrea Head Hall was recommended to me by a work colleague. In terms of location and value for money - I cannot fault this hotel. The first week I stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms (Room 16) - the standard of the decoration and furnishings is excellent....

An overnight stay on a business trip and I couldn't have chosen better. Great location tucked away off the main road, ideal for Scarborough and the surrounding area. Although the double room wasn't large and didnt have a view it was winter and didn't matter but it was warm, comfortable and clean. The special deal included dinner and it was...
