My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights in February of 2017. We were in Scarborough to visit family there. We were quite happy with our stay. Our room was lovely, in the front of the building on the first floor, overlooking Peasholm Park. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine...

The location, overlooking Peasholm Park, is very pleasant, and the hotel itself (we only saw the ground floor) is attractive, clean and well decorated. We needed a room adapted for wheelchair use, and our room was very good, with a large bay window, and a wet room shower. The bed was over-wide (6ft) for our needs; a 5ft bed would...

Very clean warm and comfortable room with lots of TV channels and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice touch tea coffee and milk were in the hallway so didn't have to ask for replacement supplies. The evening meal was a tasty filling...

I stayed here on my last night walking the Cleveland Way. The owners very kindly gave me one of their largest rooms, even though I was solo, which made for a lovely comfortable night. Its a perfect B&B, clean and comfortable, and with a very caring and attentive husband and wife team who run the place. It has a nice...

Plus: Friendly Staff, nice clean good quality bed linen, nice sized room for a single, clean dining room although do not seem to cater for a fat free diet. Extra creamy yoghurts, no skimmed milk, no sweeteners out on display. Minus: No skimmed milk, kept asking but ended up buying my own No toilet brush, toilet looked as if it...

For a family room the bathroom is very small ie: you can only get 1 person in the bathroom at once and with kids it needs to be bigger and needs tidying up Breakfast was pre-cooked which was a shame, so bacon/sausage where overcooked staff friendly, got shown round when we arrived
