Lovely hotel with great rooms and very comfortable, excellent look cation for exploring this area of the country. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the restaurant was lovely and the choice of food was plentiful for all tastes. The whole weekend was one to remember and we are looking forward to returning again hopefully very soon.

Nice hotel, very good spacious bedroom, restaurant was nice but quite a limited menu but what we had was well cooked, the problem we had was with the indoor pool, which when we tried to use it, we were told it was not in use as they were refilling it, which seemed odd as it was a Saturday afternoon so...

A great place to stay for couples or families. Good quality Hotel with good accommodation , a good pool and very good quality restaurant. Dinner on Saturday night was superb and the breakfast was plentiful and great quality. Probably one the best breakfasts we have had in many years of travelling . Booked this hotel for a couple nights via escape as it was advertised as a hotel and spa and we have struck lucky with deals there before. This was not the case this time. The hotel was nice enough and the room was clean and a good size. We were told we had been upgraded for free on arrival but...

Not so presentable from the outside, but perfect on the inside. Friendly staff at reception, but not so communicative at the bar. So is the way with some hotels. However, booked a cream tea for 16:15 and was absolutely stunned. The quality, particularly of the chocolate brownie just blew me away. Best I've ever had. Incredible! Really, it just made...

Stayed here with my girlfriend and was surprised at the quality of the hotel and not in a good way. Everything was very worn and looked shabby but we persevered with our stay in the hope at least the food and the spa would be good. It started badly, they do not serve cocktails as advertised on the website just...

We booked for a spa weekend for my cousins 18th birthday. When we arrived the person who had taken the booking for our spa treatments had left so it was complete chaos as to what treatments were booked for whom and when. We were also told the pool would be closed for a couple of hours. It was closed the...

My husband booked a night at the Regency Park Hotel for our anniversary. We chose a spa hotel because I'm pregnant and thought it would be a relaxing way to spend time together. A week before, I called the spa to book a treatment but was told there were none available (they only have one therapist). So I thought, well...

Let me just say, I have been to many 2 night with dinner stays through secret escapes and this has to be the worst. No fault of the staff they have all been lovely, service has been good. The problem has occurred with the hotel being described as a 4* and the fact it looks much better than it is...
